The hotel is super located in the city center. Very clean, friendly and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and everyone speaks English and is very supportive. The Chi Spa is amazing, a wonderful opportunity to treat yourself. The breakfast at Grill 79 is healthy and various. Only few floors away is the Athmospere bar, where you can enjoy unique coctailes and live music.

Great hotel with very nice service! I love staying here. What amazed me the most were very polite and pleasant ladies at reception named Ms. Wilda and Ms Camellia. They helped me a lot with explaining different things about staying in Beijing. They were also caring about what I was going to wear on next day asking me to put more warm closes due to cold weather.
I'll deffinetly come back again. Thank you!

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Susan and Jimmy for their warm and friendly welcome upon my arrival at the hotel. Their exceptional hospitality truly made me feel valued as a guest. To my delight, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade during the check-in process, which added an extra touch of luxury to my stay.
Equally, I would like to extend my appreciation to Grace for her friendly and efficient service during the checkout process. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made the departure seamless and enjoyable.
My one-night stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The breathtaking views from my room provided a true sense of tranquility and relaxation. I couldn't help but marvel at the beauty of the surroundings.
The health spa facilities were absolutely fabulous. The pool and changing rooms were impeccably clean, creating a hygienic and inviting environment. I thoroughly enjoyed indulging in some well-deserved pampering and rejuvenation.
As for the room service breakfast, it was nothing short of fabulous. The delectable food delivered right to my doorstep was a delightful way to start the day. The attention to detail and quality of the meal exceeded my expectations.
Overall, my experience at your hotel was truly exceptional. I can't wait to have the opportunity to stay with you again in the near future. Thank you once again for providing such a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Very fancy hotel in great location. Our room was high up and we had amazing view of the city, as well as the sunrise. We enjoyed the happy hour deal as well, but unfortunately weren’t able to see the sunset as clearly because of the windows. The food provided at the hotel was not good, but atleast looked pretty.

Convenient location, close to transport and shops; room is a bit small; complimentary afternoon tea and early evening happy hour; attentive and friendly staff; not as new as we have expected; pricy compared to other 5-star hotels.

Subway line 10 and 2 around the corner. Nice view over Beijing. Rooms need re-decoration, it starts to become shabby. Staff English skills are below moderate. Breakfast on 79th floor excellent. Top floor bar at 80th a rip off, you have to pay 100 RMB per person for sitting at the window. While sitting there you cannot see anything since the windows are dirty. Food is very expensive. Shower is a killer, nice, hot and strong spray.

The room was great. The view is a bit blocked with other buildings but if you pay a bit more you can get a room with the garden view. Breakfast was good but not a multitude of options.
