Basically in line with expectations, it takes 14 minutes to walk from Songjiazhuang subway station to the normal speed, which is not as far as the 10 minutes evaluated by others. Near the old community, it is relatively quiet, and there are many places to eat along the road. The room facilities are fairly complete, except that I can hear people walking by my door, and the overall soundproofing is okay. The night I checked in was not too slow even though there was only one person at the front desk.
