I had a wonderful stay here, and what truly touched me was the surprise birthday decoration on my room window. It was such a thoughtful gesture and completely unexpected! After a day of exploring the city, coming back to that cheerful display really made my evening. Thank you to the team for the kind attention to detail — it made my birthday away from home feel extra special.

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Everything is so great about this hotel. Clean and spacious room, walking distance to MRT and friendly counter staff especially Angelia who is helpful and patient. Will definitely consider to stay here again on my next trip.

Lovely stay at Park Plaza, convenient location and excellent hospitality. Rooms are spacious and amenities are well stocked. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, good breakfast, great room and location.
The only con is that the room was too hot (28°C in spring) and the AC didn't actually provide cold air.
When complaining they sent a fan which didn't really help much.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. The location is very near to Wanfuqing and the subway is just a few steps away. There are washing machines and dryers available for guests to utilise. The staff at the hotel reception and concierge are also very helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Kai Wen (凯文) who helped us with the bookings and payment for tickets to places of interests, transportation as we had problem accessing the apps on our handphones.
Will definitely be staying here again if I visit Beijing.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful from their receptionist, the restaurant manager, and most specifically their night shift concierge (the short hair guy). He was helped us booked our Tiananmen Square flag retreat visit. He was also very helpful in answering our questions regarding outdoor ice skating rinks in Beijing, even willing to call places for us. As for their breakfast, a few varieties every day especially their main dishes. Salads don’t get replenished much if its almost 10:00 am, their breakfast closing time, which is understandable as they throw everything from the salad bar to make sure fresh and clean daily greens are served. They got CCTV monitors by the entrance of their buffet restaurant if you want to see how your food is prepared.😉
