I came here for the second time, right after it opened in 2020. The service was delicious and fun at that time, so I came here again this time and booked a suite. How should I put it? I didn't want to give a full five-star rating, but as a cultural and tourism person, I can understand that some things are affected by objective factors, but we also have to improve our subjective initiative. Here are a few small suggestions. First of all, the good places are still worthy of recognition. The main parent-child hotel, parent-child facilities and parent-child activities are still OK, but it is precisely because it is a parent-child hotel that 99% of them come with children. The place itself is not close. During the Qingming Festival, we were told to check in at 3 pm. We came on time, but after the meal, the children took a nap in the restaurant, and there was no room! In the end, we waited for more than two hours. The front desk was full of anxious customers urging for rooms. Everyone brought their children. If we don't have this reception capacity, shouldn't we be so greedy? We want to make money but can't guarantee service. As an insider, it's really hard for me to understand! What's more, we also fancy the quality and service when we come here for the second time, but we are really disappointed this time! The second thing is breakfast. I thought there would be a long queue, but it was unexpected. The restaurant opened a lot of temporary dining areas, so there was no queue, but the dishes and service were still problematic! The dishes were not fully replenished, the bread was not of good quality, there was no toast to heat, no jam, no cereal, and the salad did not even have the most basic cucumber! The fruit was usually watermelon, but this time, there was no watermelon! There was no orange juice! There was a long queue for freshly cooked food! There was a long queue for pot cakes! There was no cup for coffee, no knife and fork, and the waiter who collected the food could not be called, and I had to clean it up myself... I won't comment on the other things. I played it last time. The good places are still worth recommending, but the bad ones are also raised in the hope that they can be improved for the better. After all, no one wants to do a one-time business, especially now that the industry competition is so fierce. Even if we may not come again (the main reason is that the children are older and find it boring), we can still recommend it to people around us. Improving the speed of cleaning the guest rooms is the most critical! It is also necessary for the restaurant to close the market in time, clean up, replenish napkins, and enrich the dishes! The room is clean and comfortable, it is convenient to order takeout, there are enough free parking spaces in the ground floor garage, and there are many scenic spots around, which are all worth recommending!

The hotel is very user-friendly. A staff member, Junlan Ambassador Yang Na, contacted me one day in advance and informed me of the activity arrangements and reservation methods in advance. The reception was very warm when I checked in, and a thoughtful little gift was given. It helped me solve many problems during the entire stay, which is better than other hotels.

I have been here several times and my children like it very much. The facilities are very suitable for children, and there are many options for children's activities. The service is very considerate and thoughtful. Manager Cheng Shihan is very enthusiastic and there are small surprises for children. I am very satisfied.

The environment is first-class, the courtyard is decorated with flowers, and every window is a view. The toys are suitable for children, the playground is well managed, and there are not many people. The downside is the attitude of the waiter, which is not very common. When I asked for help to move the bed, she looked disgusted that I was causing trouble for her. Although it is true that I can't move the child alone and cause trouble for her

It was my first time to bring my kids here. There were indeed a lot of indoor and outdoor parent-child activities. The kids especially liked the Mike Fox theme room (kids who like Mike Fox must not miss it, there are surprises in the room). The breakfast and dinner buffets were also very rich, so there was no need to leave the hotel. I would especially like to thank our housekeeper "Cheng Shihan". She took care of all the meals, activities, rooms, etc. in the hotel, and she would thoughtfully arrange small surprises for the babies. Thumbs up😊

It was a very good parent-child trip. The children had a lot of fun. They especially loved the parent-child first-class cabin. The massage chair inside was very comfortable and was my favorite (the only drawback was that the room was very stuffy and the air conditioning was not turned on). The hotel arranged welcome fruits. I was particularly surprised by the hotel lady Cheng Shihan who connected me with the hotel. She was very enthusiastic and contacted me in advance to confirm the itinerary and plan parent-child activities. On the day of check-in, she also gave the children two exquisite small gifts, which was very thoughtful!

Very suitable for family trips, with many parent-child activities. After staying for two nights, the children were still not satisfied and wanted to stay for a few more days. The children made donuts, pizza, and qingtuan. Pizza and qingtuan were freshly made, baked, and steamed, and the children felt very accomplished. The breakfast was rich in variety and delicious! The hotel is very close to Fenghuangling, seven or eight minutes by car. The housekeeper was attentive and thoughtful, and gave the children small gifts. In short, it was a very pleasant trip and I will come again!

The hotel is very family-friendly, clean, spacious and bright, with complete facilities. Peter Pan Park is a paradise for babies under 10 years old. 15-year-olds can go swimming, table tennis, and archery. The breakfast is very delicious, and the meat sandwich and tofu pudding are very happy. Although there are many people on the holiday, every employee of the hotel is enthusiastic and proactive, especially the housekeeper Mao Yang, who contacted us in advance before check-in and carefully arranged every detail, making us feel like home.
