從預訂的備註到親自打電話過去給前台説我的需求，到入住以後的失望，簡直糟糕透頂，亂七八糟，床單不衞生，枕頭我都無法形容，房型是我最討厭的，為了不影響我帶孩子的出行，我默默的不去添任何麻煩，有個前台服務人員，那個臉和眼神，我都不敢看，我怕影響我心情，寶格麗這麼大品牌的選人太糟糕了，早餐真的一言難盡，床品也很糟糕，我真的沒一天開心的，我真的有病選了這麼一個酒店，心情超級差

Fortunately, I could eat in the store without making an appointment! When I checked out, the butler KIKI gave me a hotel luggage tag pendant, which was very beautiful! This trip was great!

All the deductions were given to the housekeeping department. On the second night, they forgot to put slippers on the bed, there was no hand cream, and the bathtub cushions in the bathroom were taken away and no new ones were put. I called the housekeeping phone for a long time but no one answered and no one called back. I had to contact the housekeeper to make up for it. The explanation given was that we came back during the night turndown, and the things that were not put were not put in order to not disturb us again. Guess what, when I came back at night, I found that the housekeeping department forgot to put it again! The housekeeper's hard work was thrown into the wind by his colleagues~ Oh yes, I went to the bar for a drink on the first night of my stay. From finding a seat to sitting down, no waiter showed up. The bartender watched us sit down without saying hello until I went to the counter to ask for the wine list. Finally, the waiter showed up. When I wanted to add more wine later, I still couldn't find anyone. I waved to the bartender, and both of them were busy greeting a female guest who ordered a glass of red wine at the bar. Even when they looked at each other in the heated conversation, they chose to ignore me. Who knows what the reason is? Good reviews are given to the housekeeper Kiki and the front office department. They are very attentive and careful. Whether it is the preparation of gifts or the timeliness of replies, there is nothing to say 👍Every time I pass by the front desk, they greet seriously, which is worthy of the hotel's facade.

The room was as quiet and comfortable as before, and the housekeeper Helen's service was particularly caring and attentive. The service in the bar was also very good, and the whole atmosphere and environment were beautiful. I will still choose Bulgari next time I come to Beijing
