Yanbai Villa

Located in the capital city of Beijing, on the shore of Yanqi Lake in Huairou District, the hotel is built by the North Control Property Group and positioned as a boutique themed museum-type hotel, which is a member of the Global Luxury Boutique Hotel (SLH). The hotel extends the traditional hotel stopover experience to the 27,000 square metres of garden, changing the landscape step by step and creating a new experience of being in a painting. Designed by world-renowned architect Wang Shu, winner of the 2012 Pritzker Prize. The architectural design concept of ‘Harmony and Difference’ is embodied in the fusion of old and new materials and techniques. The overall layout of the site is inspired by the painting ‘Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains’ by Wang Ximeng, a painter of the Song Dynasty, and the architectural and landscape patterns are created with reference to the painting ‘Four Views of Landscape’ by Liu Songnian, a painter of the Song Dynasty. The layout is magnificent and small in size; the building is simple and elegant and large in size. The hotel has formed eight landscape divisions, namely ‘Early Spring Sunshine, High Pavilion surrounded by Cui Cui, Stone Beam listening to waterfalls, Water Hall facing the wind, Berlin flowing spring, Guapeng rambling, Cypress Creek in autumn, Crane Pond in cold plums’, which covers the beauty of landscape garden in the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter. The hotel rooms are a blend of classical hidden landscape elements and modern functional facilities, walking in them as if they were in a painting, both elegant aesthetic sentiment and convenient parking experience. The hotel is a place where you can enjoy the beauty of the lake and the mountains, and enjoy the fun of leisure and comfort.
