Ela Excellence Resort Belek

We just got back from a week at Ela Excellence. We were very impressed with the resort, it well exceeded our expectations We were a family of 5 (3 children of 12,9,6). We had a duplex family room with sea view on the 4th floor - it worked really well for the 5 of us as it had 2 separate spaces and 2 bathrooms. The room was perfect for us The food choice and quality was outstanding. Such a good choice of restaurant for the main meals. Buffet breakfast was good every day in Hayat buffet restaurant- nice choice, a bit different each day, we were there a week and didn’t get bored of the buffet. Lunch we used the Hayat and also a few days at La Sofia at the beach. La Sofia is included in the all inclusive. And we also used it twice in the evenings as it offered a really nice a la carte dinner menu (different to the lunch). The service too at La Sofia was great - the head waiter was excellent the twice we went there. And the Ela Anatolian is available 24/7 for food and snacks (included) - nice menu, and we used that when we arrived at 23:00 for a quick bite to eat before we went to bed on the first night. 2 evenings we did a paid a la carte - La Salsa Mexican, and the Tepenyaki. These were both really good and worth the additional cost. Overall - great meal choice and quality There are a load of snack options available all day. We didn’t use too many of them as we didn’t need to, but we loved La Rouge Patisserie - the cakes were superb and just like a French patisserie in terms of presentation and quality. The ice cream too was very good and available all day/evening. Loved too the melon stand. And the pool bar had an ice farm freezer where you can get Magnum and Cornetto (branded) whenever you want There are QR codes around the pool that makes it easy to order drinks from the pool bar and have them roller-skates to your sunlounger The drink choices are also very good The pool areas are great, a good choice of different pools (although although standard and consistent depth is 1.4m so a bit deep for smaller ones with the exception of the kids area). The pools never seemed busy at all even though the hotel was full- plenty of sunloungers around the pool area. The kids loved the different pools. And you can use inflatables in them too - we didn’t k ow and didn’t take any, we bought one in the shop in the Ela resort but it was so expensive - we went into Belek to buy some more. Next time we will vibe sure to take our own with us from home. The aqua park is also good, has 6 different slides, all quite big and enough to challenge our 9 and 12 year olds The hotel is beachfront with a private beach, again we never struggled to get a space or a lounger on the beach. The sea was lovely - warm, and not too rough for the kids to spend a lot of time in There are a huge choice of entertainment and activity options. We didn’t take advantage of them, which is a shame. We did one of the daily yoga sessions, it was good. But next time

If I could give this hotel 1000 stars I will definitely give it! The food , the workers, Everything seems perfect, the staff, the food and variety in the menu, their attention to the guests, the size of the rooms, they care about the smallest details here and there are events every night! Especially Rashid and nasrin, I thank them for their attention

The resort and the full staff have already anticipated all your needs for a perfect and memorable vacation experience! It is very family friendly and has daily fun activities for all ages. I highly recommend it! Make sure to book some Spa sessions!

So where do I start. I first reviewed this hotel when staying there and they replied with a pack of lies so I have now included photos to show you all the true state of this so called “Luxury Hotel” dishonest, rip off and arrogant is the true vibe. So arrived and on first night went to the buffet where a very rude, uneducated waiter called Memhet that came to take the order. Whilst making unprofessional. Insulting comments he then decides to walk away and deal with the Russian clients (The Turks in this hotel seem to love the Russians and will become the their door mats to keep them happy) so I asked him why he did this and said ah just going to say hi, I was horrified anyway ordered my food and I am convinced he purposely did something to my food that gave me food poisoning for 3 days because I told him I was not happy.. The pictures are here to show you not only me but 3 other family members too got really sick. When I complained and spoke to Elena the so called assistants she came to see me and promised to fix this and minutes later told me to go see a doctor outside the hotel not much can be done and I should prove I am sick so here you go you have pictures for the public world wide to see! . The useless assistants Elena and Jasmine did very little and always had reasons not to accommodate occasionally they came in useful like trying to get a travel adapter or fix the bad bathrooms and the very useless and unprofessional manager Burak San then wanted to see me together with food and beverage manager Memhet Sevim, they asked all the questions about sickness and Memhet asked if drank Champagne to which I said no and he said he would sent something to the room to make up for this issue, nothing ever came and I never expected it I just wanted them to make sure they don’t food poison other people. Burak offered me a late checkout snd free shuttle to airport. The shuttle never came and in a panic I had to organise transport myself as the hotel rip you off with the charges. They have no management team whatsoever and people like Burak who is a paranoid untrained manager who talks to you but looks at people around in case someone is looking for him which is probably the case with more disgruntled clients unhappy. They won’t give you names and finally the truth came the GM had been removed. The owner should be ashamed of taking peoples money and giving them such poor experience. This place cost over £6k for a week and honestly was more 3 star then 5. They did have some good people but unfortunately not management. Big thanks to Cimash who made me drinks to recover from being sick, thanks to Koren, Songul the waitress very nice lady, huseiyn and most importantly the older gent giving towels who I could not find to tip him as he found some floats and came and gave them to me without the need of a gift, just a kind hearted man. This hotel has sadly no respect of Islamic values either which I won’t comment but when a hotel in a Muslim country doesn’t hav

I will start with Nasrin and Rachid my assistants, you were just amazing, they take care of everything anytime. I sent message in late time early time they answer me after 30 seconds, after 3 mn issue solved , this thing I find it only in ELa excellence which is very very important you can ask what you want without moving from your place I very ippreciate this thing. Second thing that I realy love is Everland ( kids club), they take care of my daughter 5 years old all the day with interresting activities like cooking, painting, playing, pool games, magic games and many other activities. Third is food, OMG food was realy amazing various and delecious, I satyed 9 nights, everyday new menu, new dishes just waw. Pools, every where you can swim This was my second visit to Ela and I did not regret and I will come for sure again. Thanks for everything Ela you were just perfect.

We had a wonderful time at Ela Resort. The place is a perfect place to relax and have a great time with the family. The food is great, a lot of variety to choose from, many options in restaurants, bars and entertaiment. The wine in the main restaurant was a pleasant surprise, very tasty and goes well with any food, especially the desserts. The rooms are big, very clean, with coffee machine included and free coffee, tea, mini bar and snacks all included and refilled everyday. The room is also cleaned every day and when they miss it, they send you a card saying if you really want to have it cleaned then please notice desk relations and they will do that imediately. The beach is great, clean, the pools are many and with a lot of chairs you can sit on. Life guards all over the place, friendly staff, very helpfull. Everland for kids is an amazing place, a small world for children lf any age, including teenenagers. There are a lot of options to choose from, many activities, many staff members to keep the children safe and entertained. There is a special amphitheatre for them, outdoor activities during the day, snacks and anything a child would need to have agood time and the parents can relax and enjoy their own vacation. All in all we had an amazing time there. I could write much more, but anyone who reads this really needs to go and see what i’m saying here and what i still need to write about Ela Excellence Resort. It trully is an excellent experience, unique and wonderfull. We’ll come back for sure. Beautiful hotel, with amazing staff and facilities. Everyone is so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and children are really welcomed and made to also feel special. Sena looked after us during our stay and was wonderful and knowledgeable, a real credit to Ela Excellence. Incredible shops with lots of selection for gifts. We have had a wonderful stay and would recommend and certainly return.

What a great resort it is. Very helpful staff. Sena, one of the front of the house staff was so helpful from the first day of our arrival. She suggested us different restaurants within the resort. We tried different restaurants. La Sofa lounge restaurant is a place to try Turkish cuisine. The staff in the restaurant is very attentive. Hyatt restaurant has got great selection of different cuisines. The rooms in the hotel as very cosy and temperature is well maintained. Two different kinds of pillows and cushions. Rooms are cleaned spotless. Rooms are are very spacious.

Nice hotel,especially the coworkers. So honest and kind. (Especially Aleyna).but a bit boring Activities(but was interesting with coworkers). I am not into volleyball,but aleyna made me fall in love in it❤️zhasmin, kuka,alikhan❤️ ‎ ‎
