Food was decent, the location is nice and there is a train station nearby. Room service timing is a bit strange, as cleaning is done from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. On two occasions, they came to clean right around 5 p.m. There is also an option to order food to the room. Staff is friendly and helpful and gave us some advice on places to visit.

The only good thing was the location. It was in close proximity to the train station and central Belfast. The cleanliness of the breakfast service and rooms were poor (see pictures). There was lots of hair and eyelashes in the sheets and I eventually put towels on the bed in order to sleep. Might be the dirtiest bed I've seen in a hotel. The hotel is pretty new on the inside so the toilets are great. The male receptionist checking me in was kind, friendly and very helpful; but what left a bad taste was the rude female receptionist doing checkout for me. She raised her voice in a rude tone when I didn't catch what she said. I'm not booking Hilton hotels again and will stick to my regular Accor and IHG hotels. For this price point and as a member, I should not have to tolerate someone raising her voice at me.

Located near to the city centre. Room was nice and spacious. It was clean in general but the kettle was rusty🤢, realised it after making coffee.

Booked an executive room and from check in everything was great. Our room was on the 12th floor very comfortable bed and pillows. Executive lounge was a lovely experience the food was very good nice selection too. Staff were very friendly and professional throughout the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Outdated rooms, non-existent soundproofing and insulation resulting in cold rooms with a factory view. Terrible cleanliness, and a non-smart TV. Very low standard, not what you'd expect from a Hilton.

1 of the initial rooms given had a really bad smell upon opening the dooe, which makes me question how efficient the cleaning staff is. Also did not meet the usual high standards of the Hilton. Apart from this, customer service and facilites in the rooms were excellent

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is good as it’s not too close to the weekend craziness of the city center which totally suited a more mature traveler such as myself.

Title: Violent Knocking on the Door at Midnight, Hotel's Handling Extremely Negligent, Zero Security Assurance Content: We had an extremely terrifying experience at this Hilton hotel: At 2:30 a.m., someone violently knocked on our door. The knocking was so intense that it kept us awake all night. What was even more infuriating was the hotel's handling of the situation. We immediately called the hotel's front desk, but the call wasn't answered right away. We had no choice but to call 999 first, and then we managed to get through to the front desk. They said they would go up to verify the situation, but after the verification, the hotel didn't contact us to explain the situation. It wasn't until we called the front desk for the second time that we were told "the situation has been verified." Throughout the process, no manager came forward to apologize or explain. The next morning, the front desk refused our reasonable request to view the surveillance footage and took no measures against the person involved (who was still staying on the same floor and very close to us, making us too scared to leave our room). Demands: 1. Request a formal apology from the hotel headquarters. 2. Refund the room charge for that night. 3. Compensate for mental distress. In conclusion, we do not recommend that you choose this Hilton hotel. This is the worst Hilton hotel we have ever stayed in.

Typical Hilton - clean and good rooms but service was poor to non existent. Car park issues too which the hotel though it validates the cards doesn’t seem to want to know - a pretty soulless experience let down by lack of interest from staff.
