We had a great experience, from room to breakfast. We enjoyed breakfast (buffet) and my kids loved how they can make their own waffles.

The location is fantastic, which is very near the Great Vitoria Street Station. It is very convenient for us to catch the trains. And as it is located in the city centre, it is very easy to buy goods from the shops and have meals in different Restaurants. the food in the hotel is also delicious.

ok, nothing special, flight delayed, called ahead, but took a while fir them the readd a second room to my reservation.

Perfectly located for exploring the city! Would 100% recommend to anyone thinking about staying here. The buffet breakfast is great, something for everyone and food is lovely and fresh. Good value for money, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Emergency night after flight cancellation but wow, the service provided made the day. Would definitely recommend. The breakfast was included in the deal so it was a bargain buffet for me in the mornings. Trust me the food is amazing👏🏿 You like the gym? They got you covered. The bus/rail station is next door to take you any places you want. It's in the city centre so you call get that leg stretch and walk around the city, exploring the beauty of Belfast.

Stayed at Hampton for 3 days and overall was a good experience. The hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Good quality shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash was available. The hotel is very conveniently located in which you could walk 2 minutes round the back to the Europa bus station. Everything and everywhere were very accessible with lots of restaurants and bars towards Queen’s University. Breakfast was reasonable in which you had a good amount of choice but unlike some hotels where there would be greater selection but for me it was sufficient. I did however witness some very unpleasant antics from some people staying at the hotel in which they seem to have no hygiene standards with the food. Overall it was a good experience at the hotel and Belfast was a fantastic city to visit. The city exceeded my expectations as it was very clean and friendly with a extremely chilled atmosphere.

It's a nice?l hotel with a great location and delicious food. However, there is something that really needs to be promoted. Me and my friend arrived at 7pm and the normal check in time is 4pm, and?the front desk told?me that our room is not ready! Excuse me?

Everything was good and we enjoy the breakfast very much, especially the waffle!

Very poor hotel with unhelpful staff. They rejected my cancellation as i can take my flight to Belfast

A very satisfied hotel. It's really close to the station bus center, you can walk there in just one minute. The hotel design is fresh and simple, giving people a comfortable feeling. Breakfast is also very authentic and rich, including scrambled eggs, bread, waffles and so on.

The transportation is convenient. You can walk to the airport bus (operating 24 hours a day) in 10 minutes. Buses that require local tour groups also stop nearby, and you can walk to the city.

The location is very good, next to the Central Railway Station, City Hall, Queen's University, etc. are all nearby. The hotel waiter is very talkative, and everything is considered and patiently explained. Very good stay experience!
