Convenient for Disney trip at the lower budget than the Shanghai Disney hotel. Both are within the same distance from the park and have complimentary shuttle every 5 mins during peak morning and evening and 15 mins in between. Hotel are clean and the service are great as expected from a Disney hotel. Woody and Jesse made frequent appearances throughout the day from check in lobby, garden children activities etc. the hotel offers kids activities throughout out the day should you are not taking the day in the Disneyland park itself. Interior of the public area of the hotel are nicely decorated with all Toy story details and decorations. Inside the room felt a little less but still have the vibe. The stay in the hotel automatically grants early daily entry pass up to one hour before the parks open on the day of stay and day of departure. Note that the theme park tickets are still required and need to be purchased separately. By staying in the hotel, it will allow you to shop within the park and have it sent directly to your hotel up until 4 pm. After that you will need to carry your shopping yourself back to the hotel. Shopping within the hotel is available through 1 store which is Lotso shop. They do have Disney exclusive merch from time to time which requires a lottery to purchase if you are only visiting the park. Which is a nice small bonus. Overall a great Disney accommodation and convenience if you are travelling with Kids and could afford within your budget

The room is big and nice. My daughter love the hotel so much. Have fun all the time in the hotel. There have activities and games for kids. All of us enjoyable and very relax at the hotel. The staff are very friendly and nice. They got shuttle bus to Disneyland.

Disney hotel with good amenities and most importantly the early entry to the park. Good wide spread of breakfast buffet.

What a childhood dream comes true to be living in Andy’s demo room. Convenient to shuttle to Disneyland Shanghai. Disneyland Shanghai is the newest and most fun in my opinion. I cry tears of joy!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome—they were friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our trip special. One of the best perks was the complimentary shuttle service to Disneyland, which made getting to the park quick and hassle-free. We also loved the early access pass, giving us a head start on the rides before the crowds arrived! **Highly recommended** for families visiting Disneyland, they provide great service, convenient location, and a truly memorable stay!

Really value for money hotel in Disneyland with great service, great staff, great food choices for breakfast, cozy room with comfortable bed and super clean throughout the whole hotel. Fully recommended

I really enjoy my stay here. The hotel is clean the staff is friendly and nice. Very convenient to Disneyland and Disneytown as there is free shuttle bus to travel around .Breakfast was normal. I will definitely stay here again if needed

Great stay, clean and comfortable. Location was good with shuttle bus provided between hotel and Disneyland. Staff were really friendly too, even gave us an option for connecting rooms.

Arriving at Toy Story Hotel was truly an eye-opener and filled with such warm hospitality especially when the weather was a tad cold. We were welcomed with Woody & Bo-Peep as they made their way to the reception. The room was beautifully decorated with Toy Story theme with a personalised welcome message on the TV screen. We were also impressed with the elevator voice messages that greeted us on different floors! There was also a wide selection of Disney movies that was made available which almost had us staying indoors instead! Thank you to the staff who made our stay so memorable and enjoyable. Kudos to y’all & keep up the enthusiasm! ✌🏼🥰🙏🏼
