The waiter in the sauna can't speak English, and he said that it was turned off for a long time. The whole stay is really not good! ! !

We recently stayed at Hilton Belgrade and our experience was amazing! The hotel itself was great. The service is superb. We arrived very early at 6:00 AM and we didn’t expect our room to be ready until they normal check in time, which was afternoon . But we asked if by any chance they could check us in at the earlier time. The hotel was totally booked and we knew we had to wait. The only think they sad , that if room becomes available we will be on the priority line. In almost 1 hour they gave us the key to our room. The staff in the hotel is super friendly and very helpful. They made our stay more pleasant than it already was. Hilton Belgrade is located in the center of the city and it’s a walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Belgrade to stay in the Hilton Belgrade. Thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy the stay.

The service was very good. The concierge Nemanja was extremely helpful! He helped me book a good day trip and provided many good travel tips. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel uses Clarins for bathroom products, which is very nice! However, a couple of things could be improved: the queen bed is made of two single beds, which is uncomfortable; the breakfast was average; the slippers provided were not comfortable. Overall, the hotel met expectations of a five-star hotel, and I have no major complaints.

Stayed here for a week. Great globalist recognition, used SUA to guarantee Regency Suite, which was located on 7th floor, where also Regency club is located. Club serves breakfast (with limited foods, but with no crowds) and evening spread (which has no hot food, but is otherwise very nice). Suite was nice, although some refurbishment (carpet) would be needed. Bed was ok, although it was not really king size as advertised, but two singles put together. Bath was ok, we had some problem with shower leaking water to the outside, as the design is not the best and water is not draining very well. Breakfast in the restaurant was good with quality foods, just quite crowdy at times. Also had one lunch in the hotel, which was also very good. Staff very nice and welcoming. Would stay here again, especially if hotel would invest in minor refurbishment, like replacing very tired carpets and beds.

Nice 'vintage' style hotel in a central part of town opposite a calm park.The center is at walking distance and the hotel isn't exactly on the heart of the city.Very clean although a bit outdated and great staff with notable ”Tamara'' from the breakfast team. Only annoying thing is that last morning we were in ahurry to leave and the housekeeping was keeping the elevator so long we had to go down the stairs with our luggages.

The view from the room was amazing, you could see the pedestrian street and the energy of the city. Everything is within walking distance. The Kalemegdan Fortress was a 20 min walk from the hotel. Food was decent. The hotel is a tad old, walls are so thin I could hear people in the other room when they sneezed. Some staff was helpful and some rude, but to each their own. When checking in make sure to ask for a room with a view as the hotel has a weird symmetry and you could get a room facing three other windows on each side. There's a smokers area but it has no AC system so keep that in mind if you visit during the summer.

This is a fantastic property bang in Belgrade City Centre. You just have to step out of the hotel and all the attractions are within walking distance. The hotel has well appointed suites with all amenities like refrigerator, cooktop, water filter, tea kettle and coffee machine. The rooms are comfortable and bright. I went to this hotel for 2 nights. The troubles started at the entrance. There are several organizations and the hotel is located on the 6th floor. The elevator is there but it didn't work, it had to climb on foot. The next trouble, the floor is considered different and as a result it is necessary to rise up about 8 floors. The rooms are different from the photos. Main minus: The air conditioner installed behind the window works 24 hours, and loudly. The first night could not sleep until about an hour of the night. It was necessary to look for another hotel to sleep. In the morning I asked another room. I gave the neighbor. And also with windows to the yard, but also here is noise from the air conditioner. So the normal sleep in the hotel can be forgotten. Rooms 9 and 10. There are complaints about these rooms on booking. Also in the room is the smell of cigarettes and the smell of sewage. Plus dirty bedding.

The hotel location and breakfast are fantasy. Bed is comfortable and housekeeping does a great job at keeping the room and hotel spotless. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast were very service oriented too. The hotel offers welcome water bottles, a mini fridge, a safe, bathrobes, slippers and plenty of cupboard space to store everything. They also offer excellent airport pickup service which is helpful when you arrive after a long journey. The only downside was the service at the front desk is hit or miss. When I inquired about the Nikola Tesla museum, they advised that I check it online by myself - not exactly the advice I was looking for and I had to again prompt them to confirm if I needed a booking for the English tour. But they weren’t exactly willing to call the museum or find me the right answer. I later discovered via my walking tour, the exact details I needed. If you expect tourists, tourist information and helpful service are essential. Another example was the day before checkout, I asked about taxis to the airport, a wake up call and breakfast ( only fruit and a bottle of water was all I wanted). They told me I can pay Euros for the taxi (not possible), wake up call was late and breakfast didn’t have water- all small details but points that seemed to occur every day of my stay. Other than the minor improvements needed, this hotel is worthwhile.
