Be aware of this scam. Compare picture they posted on the official website and what we had ( pictures are added ). This is not at all what you would expect .Super dirty place with dim light in the room.. scary .. On the top of this they charge you more for the airport shuttle as it was discussed . I saved our conversation about the fee, agreed to it. The taxi came and charged us different price , after that hotel doesn’t respond.. I hope trip.com will take care of refund as they really good at customer support.

The staff was helpful, but the rooms were lacking many standard amenities. Bathroom, shower spraying against the wall, no ventilation, no hair dryer. The A/C never pulled the humidity out of the room and noising. Hallway noise echoed down the hall and doors slamming throughout the night. No security latch for the hollow door. And the TV was terrible. Had to hold the remote behind the tv where the receiver was to change channels. The food and breakfast sub par. Beautiful grounds, but, I will skip and not recommend this hotel.

Made it to property and was not greated with a positive attitude. The attendant was very rude! The room had mold and sheets were dirty!

The property looks nothing like these pictures. The location is far from everything, the rooms are below basic. the beds were small. The roads leading up to the property are sketchy. The hot tub didn't work. the pool was old. You will not be able to find a uber or a taxi after 8pm..unless you're prepared to pay big bucks. This place was more like a hostel.

Everything was awesome . One suggestion is to create a place for all adults. Some kids were making noise up to about 11 pm and first thing at 5 am .

VERY cute hotel. Quaint, and super quiet. Totally off-the-beaten-path, so expect to Uber (unless you rent a car, which we recommend). But the serenity and charm is worth it. Small but lovely grounds with pool, and the staff has been very helpful and friendly. If you need to escape, this is a good option.

I booked a “Superior Room” and we were put in a small room right beside the noisy restaurant. After complaining, I was told we could not be moved. My male friend then asked the same thing and after much arguing, eventually we were moved, to the exact room that was pictured when I booked. So why were we not put in this room to start with? I paid extra for it.
