The parking lot is horrible almost impossible to get out and I scratched my car very small area to maneuver

Elevator did not work, shower door broken but has free shuttle from hotel to airport and free breakfast so its good for short fast flying stays.

No Hot water, for GBP 70 the room was not worth. Breakfast was terrible, stayed just one night.

The worst hotel experience i have had. The Hoyel in very bad shape in general, didn’t have wifi, the breakfast is unexisting. They don’t have the airport pick up service they offer and, many many other things…

It's not very clean, the service was not the best. The hotel includes transfer to the airport, however, I suggest confirming on the same day as your flight if it is scheduled, since in my case they told me that they did not have anything, although I did reserve several days in advance. The location is very good

Although the facilities are average, the hygiene and reception are okay. A relatively cheap hotel in Cancun that provides simple breakfast and car-hailing services. There is a bus stop at the door that can reach Cancun City, but the language barrier prevents you from taking it. When you go out, turn left and there is a small supermarket about 200 meters away where you can buy some food. Turn right and there is a gas station. There are people setting up stalls and selling food at the gas station.

I don't understand the reviews I read...
I booked this hotel at the last minute following an adventure, the room is clean, affordable, spacious. Inside a coffee maker, water, and a kit to take care of yourself. The bathroom is beautiful, the shower is spacious too.
As for breakfast, it is an unlimited savory and sweet buffet, of good quality, varied, and the service is smiling and pleasant.
At the reception, the welcome is a little colder but very courteous (there is a lot of traffic).
As for the shuttle, there are times to benefit from it, just organize in advance with reception, and everything will go as smoothly as possible. (There are timetables to respect)
I'm on the shuttle bus at the airport right now.
