Hotels Near Petit Bateau in Bergamo

We stayed only one night in the room 503 very quiet, large bed with comfortable mattresses and double couchs, cleaning ok and a large bathroom with as big shower . A good breakfast with quality products is waiting for you in the morning! In a ten-minute walk you can quietly get to the center, the railway station and the bus are just in front. Extremely gentle staff

Stayed here for two nights. Had stayed before in the “old town” area of Bergamo which was lovely. This area would be considered “run down”. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the main town for coffee shops, restaurants etc. Previous reviews commented how welcoming, friendly, helpful etc the reception staff were but I didn’t get that experience. Reception area is right inside the door so it can be crowded arriving and leaving with luggage, prams etc. Room was adequately spaced. Could have been given extra towels (three for a single room is basic), also needed a fridge and water glasses etc in the room. Floors could have been hoovered so make sure you wear slippers (not included in the room)! Didn’t include breakfast in my stay and glad I didn’t cos the selection looked limited. This hotel is fine for a short stay but perhaps look elsewhere if staying for longer.

If you have a car and need a hotel with ample parking, this place has it. The front desk was most helpful, spoke English and provided reservations and maps. The free breakfast was wonderful, any type of coffee available, great selection of food. The room had a bathtub/ shower and an abundance of hot water. The hotel decor is retro but the rooms were clean and elevator was fast. Not located in the center of lower Bergamo but a short walking distance. We liked walking to the cable car that takes you to upper Bergamo

I arrived into Bergamo airport at just after 1am, the taxi drivers outside were like sharks in a feeding frenzy on the poor unsuspecting arrivals...I went to the front of the line of cars as is usual practice, the driver asked where I was going and then started shouting out to the other drivers, pointed out another car and told me to go there..as a woman travelling alone I am careful..I told the driver there was already someone in his car...turns out they pack you in ! Three of us, me the first drop, 2 minutes later and we arrive at my hotel, 20 euros ! Minimum charge apparently ! What a con ! Opened my curtains the following morning after no sleep due to air con set at a boiling 22 degrees! The airport is directly opposite the hotel across a major road ! The next day I walked to the airport up the road via an underpass (I wouldn't have done this at night on my own but a man checking in at reception had done) The room was basic and drab, decorated...I use the phrase lightly...bland and hostel like ! No pictures, old,tired and dull furniture...depressing...oh and NO TEA TRAY ! In the small fridge which I was amazed had been inserted into this awful room devoid of any personality or comfort, had one can of coke and two bottles of water...priced at 3.50 euro each ! I did mention on check out my displeasure of the missing tea tray and the lovely receptionist informed me the standard rooms don't have tea trays, I paid £142 for one person for one night without breakfast ! I honestly believe a tea tray is a basic requirement, also at least one bottle of complimentary water, I have self catering places and provide all of this ! I will not be staying in this awful place again.

I stayed at the B&B Luna from November 2021 to the beginning of January 2022 to attend a Ryanair course. I had a great time: very clean B&B: room, bathroom and common areas are cleaned every day and smell good; the owner, Sonia, is helpful and affable. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. The room was cozy and nice and the building beautiful. However it was challenging to find the hotel with a rental car. It is located on a super narrow street. Parking for the car was quite poor, parking was located uphill and was tiny. Not suitable for a larger family car. Our room had an extra bed which was not good - very narrow (60cm?) and not comfy at all. Some of the staff was not very friendly, and should improve customer service- could have greeted more nicely etc. Also some staff members lacked English skills totally. The breakfast was ok but many foods offered always ran out (eg. scrambled eggs and bacon). The sounds from the courtyard and streets were not well blocked by the door or the window. The room was very hot if the ac wasn’t on. The key card to our room was not working well and on the last day it took around 20 minutes to enter to our room (and the help of 2 staff members).

We have set a quadruple room, the room is not big, OK, go to the airport to make an appointment in advance, no pick-up, there is a drop-off

Очень красивый и аутентичный отель, недалеко от аэропорта Бергамо. Ощущение, что ты находишься в историческом особняке. Как я понимаю, находится на территории лечебницы с термальными водами. Завтраки приятные, атмосфера очень колоритная. Есть бесплатная парковка.
