The showerhead in the room was broken, and the cleaning staff should have noticed it during their routine checks, but they didn't. I had to take a cold shower, which is unacceptable for a hotel costing over 2000 NOK a night. The breakfast was also quite poor. I'm not sure why Trip.com prominently features this hotel in Bergen; among all the cities I've stayed in Norway, this one had the highest price and the worst service.

As a Marriott group hotel, it was quite a disappointment. The lobby and restaurant tables were often dirty, and the breakfast selection was very limited. The so-called 'happy atmosphere' was completely absent. The gentleman at the front desk during check-in was indifferent. It really didn't feel like a star-rated hotel experience.

The overall pink theme of this hotel felt a bit awkward for a family with children. However, the room itself was quite spacious, though it truly embraced a super minimalist Nordic style. There were no wardrobes, safety deposit boxes, refrigerators, or bathtubs. A kettle wasn't provided, but you could get hot water from the lobby. The hotel is a 10-minute walk to the city center, and the surrounding area is very pleasant.

Overall, I recommend this hotel. 1️⃣ It's only a few minutes' walk to the bus/light rail station, making it very convenient to get to the city center, train station, and airport. Even with luggage, it's not a strenuous walk. 2️⃣ Although it's a bit far from the city center, the convenient transportation makes up for it. You can take the bus or walk. I highly recommend walking to the Bryggen area; it's practically a straight path. The scenery along the way is lovely, and it's safe, so a leisurely stroll isn't tiring at all. 3️⃣ There's a recreational area right downstairs from the hotel, perfect for a walk or relaxation. The main highlight is the breathtaking scenery, making it an excellent spot to enjoy the sunset. 4️⃣ You can get ice buckets from the bar. We went every day to get ice to enjoy drinks in our room. 5️⃣ There's a large park nearby with beautiful lawns and flowers.

The hotel is nice the staff is friendly. The room is a bit old and lack of some amenities. The breakfast is good but don’t have much choice.

Amazing location, right next to the Marina. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom comes with toiletries and a hairdryer. Breakfasts are decent, though it's a shame they don't start until 6 AM. The city center is about 2km away, and the Florida tram station is nearby. I especially recommend rooms with a Marina view.

Weekday breakfast is only served until 9:30 AM, and by around 9:00 AM, items are not refilled. I stayed for 3 days and there was no variety, and the selection even decreased over time. The location isn't great; it takes about a 7-minute walk to reach the bus, and a single trip costs 50 NOK. The room has no fridge or hot water, and the desk is tiny, making it impossible to place anything on it. Aside from the friendly service, if you're only staying for 2 days, there's really no need to stay somewhere this far out...

Lovely hotel with scenic wharf view. Room is clean and simple, spacious to open two luggages. Carpark is walking distance away and There is a nearby fast charging (Circle K) within 2 mins drive.

Convenient location, clean and comfortable room, warm and thoughtful service, abundant breakfast, and great value for money. The experience exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

It was a decent stay, rooms were small but clean and upto the mark standard of Marriott level. Bit outskirts from the city center but convenient location with nearby public transportation. For 1-2 days stay is good in your budget. Have stayed for 3 days.

The environment is great, the hotel restaurant has a beautiful view, and the burgers and fish and chips are pretty good. It's perfectly fine to be lazy and skip going downtown for dinner.

I love everything about this hotel!! It was exceptional especially for the breakfast, i can’t help but be so greedy that i ate everything served. (don’t worry there were no food waste!! everything went directly to our belly🤣) we got free room upgrade as well with amazing view. at night we played some board games to spend time as outside was too cold

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's easily accessible on foot or by tram. The area around the hotel is quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. Being a chain hotel, it generally feels reliable. The room size was decent, but the space wasn't utilized effectively. There was no mini-fridge, no kettle, no phone, and no desk. The hygiene was good. Breakfast was alright, though not particularly lavish.
