This hotel has the good location for both to airport and city center. Also staffs are very friendly, it’s definitely a place you can call home!

The hotel was slow to check in but there were a number if people arriving at the same time and was not the most welcoming. Had better welcomes at other hotels.
The hotel is directly opposite the train station with easy access to Berlin Centre and the airport. Also, the supermarket across the road is so handy for snacks etc as a hotel is quite expensive
The room was clean and had everything you needed for a short stay, bathroom was spacious and had everything you needed.
Staff I found them to be a little bit rude, and not very friendly, at one point was sat in the lobby trying to work and one member of staff had his tunes blaring out with not care for anyone in the lobby area.

Booked a last minute stay here when my plane journey was changed. Very friendly and polite staff, and gave a great breakdown of all the hotel facilities, times, etc.
The room was immaculate and felt very spacious. Had no issues at all and would definitely stay here again.
Great for the price, right next to the train station and takes not long at all to get to the airport. Highly recommended.

Room is clean and location of hotel is directly beside the train station. Hotel also offer transport service with 10 euros per pax to the airport. The shuttle service is every 30 mins. Pleasant stay!

The hotel is great value, the decoration and facilities are quite new, it is very convenient to get to the airport, and the subway and light rail are just downstairs to go to the city. The bar is very nice and the experience is good
