We stayed here for one night, it was purely chosen because of the cheap price and close proximity to the Philamonic Hall and so we weren’t expecting that much. Just a place to sleep. So it was a lovely surprise when we arrived and experienced great friendly check in and a lovely room. Compact but stylish and with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is noisy at the front but is expected as it looks out over a main city road Thoroughly enjoyed it and will be our go to accommodation when we stay in Liverpool again.

Positives are it’s in a great location, rooms are well decorated, bed comfy, shower was fantastic. Negatives noisy neighbours in the next room, no natural light as down stairs BAD smell in the bathroom, hair and stains on the bed. If I was to stay again I’d request an upstairs room

Really nice hotel. Staff are friendly. Comfy bed and very clean room. Only downsides are the fact there’s only one pillow per person. Also no bedside tablets which is quite inconvenient as nowhere to put night drink or phone. Enough plugs and usb sockets around the room. Tv easy to use and stream to which was a lovely touch. Patio was nice, didn’t use it as it’s communal and didn’t want to disturb neighbours. We paid £160 for one night as it was a Saturday night. A little pricey for what you get as no breakfast or facilities in the building but enough places surrounding for it to be a non issue. Staff very friendly. Short trip to philharmonic hall, I think I paid less than £5 in an Uber. Would absolutely stay again but maybe not on a weekend as week days are significantly cheaper.

Good location, easy 10 mins walk from Liverpool lime street. Lovely staff on reception, very welcoming. Quick check in. Good security for the doors as well. The room was small but had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable, lots of lighting, little mini fridge, full length mirror. Bathroom was cute and had a nice shower unit. My main issue was the bathroom mirror! I am only 5ft and my head barely reflected in the bottom of the mirror lol it was quite amusing if slightly annoying. Also I found the temp thing a bit odd, you have to message reception to change the room temp which was a bit weird. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel for a stay in Liverpool. Perhaps to my taller friends more so!

Very impressed with the hotel, great location, great price, lovely friendly helpful staff. Impressive lower ground floor room with terrace shared with 3 other rooms but your own seating area nice surprise going out of French doors. Shower was fine had some concerns over flooding mentioned in other reviews but all ok. Room small but compact very exceptional comfy bed but is only a double. Did take earplugs as we always do in Liverpool but no excessive noise. TV huge with great channel choice which suited our early night as had a long day ahead the following day. Plenty of tea and coffee plus safe and fridge which was very snazzy. One minor gripe was no side cabinets or just a small side table to pop a drink etc on but wonderful overall stay.

Stayed here over the weekend as part of my friend Cat’s hen party. We had the lower ground space which was 6 rooms (all en-suite) with private access and also an exclusive courtyard which was a great space for pre event drinks and following morning Shame sharing lol. Was extremely clean and the rain shower was a nice, unexpected touch. Gail, the hotel host was very welcoming and friendly. Presently surprised with the quality, cost and location - close to lots of nice bars and restaurants and about 10 min walk to Lime st. This will be my new go to place to stay in Liverpool! Thanks Gail (and to Beth the maid of honour for finding this gem)!

Fantastic hotel! Such comfy beds and amazing blinds that actually black out the room! I need that to sleep! Perfect location as well! There were twelve of us staying in the basement rooms which was perfect! Three of the bedrooms opened up into our own private courtyard making it the perfect place for my sisters hen party pre drinks! The staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly and Gail was lovely!!! Brilliant location and would definitely recommend!!! I will also be pinching the bathroom style! Gorgeous!
