Mercure Hotel Toulouse Aéroport Blagnac Reviews

A terrific location close to Blagnac airport (10-15 minute walk). Reception staff were very helpful and the restaurant was lovely. The room was comfortable and clean.

Though it looks like the hotel is not far from the airport. But It actually is quite a long walk because the road is not leading straight to it. Cleanliness is good and there is Nespresso capsule coffee in the room. Toilette amenities are very basic with only all-in-one shampoo and body wash. The biggest issue that I had, was the airport shuttle left before the time of my booking. So, I arrived at the airport after the check-in counter was just closed. I need to buy a new air ticket to Madrid because of this. And will arrive 10 hours later than scheduled.

You scammed me! I booked you the 4-star Mercure hotel, you booked me a room in a 2-star motel!!!!! The aerel hotel!!!! No reservation at the Mercure! The standard is awful, we slept in an uncomfortable bed, the walls are as thin as cigarette paper, we had the noise of the road all night. My business day was horrible! You confirm the reservation at the Mercure with the photo of the Mercure and you put us up in a motel! It's shameful! I'm going to send a complaint for this scam!

I don't know why the pictures don't seem to match reality. The hotel is a one-story square, iron-clad house, a bit like a motel. You must stay in a room close to the inside (facing the road you came from, there is a road behind it which is noisy). It feels safe to walk to the airport early in the morning.
