It was very strange for me that in this hotel, which positions itself as a 4-star hotel, the fitness room is open from 9:00 in the morning. Moreover, if there is no one in the room during the day, the keys to the room are given out at the reception. In other hotels in different countries and cities, fitness rooms are open from early morning so that guests can work out before breakfast, and in some, around the clock. The food leaves much to be desired - no greens, tasteless bakery products, pastries and potatoes, as well as finely chopped sausages floating in tomato sauce - it was as if the hoteliers of Brazil had conspired this time. The quality of the Wi-Fi also left much to be desired - it constantly "flew off" in the room.

Achamos muito bom o hotel. Quarto bom, sempre bem arrumado e limpo, restaurante com pratos bem gostosos (piraputanga assada é excelente), prartos kids, entre outros. Atendimento de todo o pessoal também é muito bom. Recepção são atenciosos, sempre prontos para auxiliar quando a gente pedia informações. Pessoal do bar também auxiliaram muito a gente, sempre atenciosos e dispostos. No meu caso, saía de madrugada para fotografar aves e pedi se poderiam fornecer uma fruta pois perderia o café da manhã. Prontamente fizeram uma "marmita" com fruta, pães, bolo para todos os dias que saí cedinho. Atendimento foi sensacional. Possui 4 piscinas, e delas bem rasinhas, ótimas para crianças. Nossa nenê de 4 anos, adorou, não saía da água. Passava o dia nas piscinas. Hotel para ser recomendado.

Fiquei 4 dias no Marruá e gostei bastante. É um hotel confortável, quarto limpinho, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Em especial a D. Amélia da cozinha. Eu era a primeira a chegar para o café da manhã, porque acordo muito cedo, e ela já recebia com um sorriso um sorriso no rosto e sempre atenciosa garantindo que nada estivesse faltando. O café da manhã é ótimo, variedade de frutas, de pães, bolos e outras gostosuras.

Estive neste hotel em julho/2013 e tive a oportunidade de retornar depois de 12 anos. Os quartos são amplos e limpos. Café da manhã e atendimento muito bons. Possui restaurante na beira da piscina e o jardim do hotel é lindo.
