From the moment we arrived we were made to feel safe, comfortable and every single need was catered to.
Traveling with our 1 year old son for the first time, the stay at Movenpick was exactly the right place.
Amazing amazing staff:
Our transfer by private boat, van and bus was organised perfectly.
Checking in and out - staff are friendly.
Concierge and staff assistance with transfers/ in town travel and anything else - exceptional.
Staff at the pools, beach, restaurants, daycare, shops, cleaning staff - all are exceptional and truly warm and friendly.
Amazing food and drinks, pool and beach is amazing and we truly cannot say enough how well we were treated and spoiled.
Special shoutout to:
Rianne, Honey, Antonet, Mia, Cara and Brooks for greeting our boy by name every day, spending time with him, making him laugh all while making sure we are comfortable and enjoying our breakfast/lunch/dinner - you all truly embody professional and loving service - we will miss seeing you every morning.
To the managers - Arnold, Marichel and Arlene
- thank you for your honest goodness, smiles and small favours (small glasses of fruit juice, extra bananas etc etc).
We are sad to leave here but will definitely be back one day - hope to see you all here again!

A truly extraordinary experience with Crimson. From check in to check out, the Crimson staff make you feel extremely special. The rooms we stayed was a King Suit with Sea View and the view did not disappoint. We spent some time at the main pool & the private beach which was clean and relaxing. We only used the transfer service at the end of the stay, and the speed boat service was very calm & smooth compared to the main jetty terminal. My wife and I had 10/10 time at Crimson again if we have a chance. Truly the Boracay Experience.
PS. Gotta try the delicious breakfast!!

I chose the hotel based on location and I was not mistaken. This part of the island is much cleaner, well-maintained and beautiful. I liked the hotel more than I expected. At first I stayed for 2 nights to decide in the process whether I would stay for the remaining 10 days. After two nights I stayed in this hotel. I would like to note the good work of all the hotel staff. Very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The only thing that needs to be improved is the lost and found service. I forgot my headphones in the restaurant, came back the next day, and none of the staff in the entire hotel knew that the waitress girl found them and put them in a box under the cash register. Even the lost and found service did not know about it. I found the headphones only through the Locator program on my phone.

We had a super super delightful and pleasurable stay in Fairways. I would definitely come back. Our room was clean and spacious, nice smelling with the ionizing machine and with complete toiletries. The toilet had an awful smell all throughout but we didnt raise that concern anymore.
Even if the resort is not at the beachfront of the main beach, staying here is so much worth it. It is in the midst of nature, with fresh air, secure, trees all around. Totally refreshing, hearing the sound of birds and insects outside our villa. We would just go to station 2 (after the sumptuous buffet breakfast) using the free shuttle and go back at 3pm to enjoy the foam party at the pool til night. No hassle whatsoever for the location. We got to enjoy the powdery white sand beach and the secluded private resort as well. We didnt bother to do island hopping coz the beach and the resort amenities were amusing enough. The beach in the resort premises was not good, though. The current was strong, it was jellyfish season and there were trash in the shore. Hope they maintain the cleanliness of that area as well. It's a short walk going to the Keyhole. I highly highly recommend this wonderful beach reaort. No other place to stay when in Boracay. Thanks Fairways, we will be back!!!!

From start to finish, exceptional service levels from super friendly and professional staff. Faculties were ALL amazing, had 2 room types booked, Beach and Garden, both with exceptional views. A strong mention that HOUSEKEEPING was perfect and precise, overall the best property I’ve stayed at in many years! This should be everyone’s GO TO for Boracay. In house restaurant was good but after 2-3 days it can get boring. At check in, being told external food permitted wasn’t justified. There’s only 1 restaurant at The Lind, you can’t restrict guests. Overall I give this one of my highest Resort Ratings 10/10! Views, to die for!!

Service: The service is really good.
Facilities: The room is quite large. They are all tatami mats, and the tables and chairs are very low. If you have difficulty with your legs or feet, be cautious. The bathroom water heater can adjust the hot and cold temperature. I didn't know it at first, but later I figured it out by myself.
Cleanliness: There are ants.
Environment: The external environment is not very good.
Location: Still a little far from the seaside.

Pros of this hotel:
• The location is right on the beach.
• The sky pool offers a fantastic ocean view.
• The staff were friendly.
• Breakfast is good.
• The rooms are clean.
Cons:
• Upon check-in, you’re given a sheet of strict rules to follow during your stay. While some are understandable, others are quite ridiculous: no smoking on your private balcony, no outside food allowed, strict no visitors policy and drinks (including beer) must only be consumed in designated areas within the hotel.
• The room furniture feels outdated and cheap, and the overall design is poor.
• Both of the TVs in our rooms were defective.
• Rooms closer to the ocean, as well as the sky pool, experience significant noise levels.
• The music played throughout the hotel was awful, with the same playlist repeating every 20 minutes. At times, it was played so loudly that it disturbed our relaxation by the pool.
• Construction work was happening all day on the lot next to the hotel, and no one excused or informed us of this before or during check-in.
BTW: we stayed two nights in the deluxe room and two nights in the premier room. It’s just don’t worth the price difference! We found the deluxe room better in many ways!
Overall: We left with a bad taste and wouldn’t recommend this hotel. At this price point, it’s just not worth it.

The hotel is new, service is great, they really strive to make it feel nice… but… NO WiNdows! The each room have a glass wall facing the interior, so no natural light in the rooms. The worst part: glass is not a great noise isolation material so was very noisy! We checked out one day in advance even if prepaid. Hard to understand how an architect can design a hotel as it is a shopping mall. Ground floor is a food court so the noise came up from very early until late. Staff was amazing …

LLolly LollyWithout a doubt, this is probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in throughout all my travels and worth the price I paid. While Coast may not be as grand as some of the other high end resorts, from the moment I disembarked from the plane, the experience was relaxing and felt luxurious. The free hotel transfer meant that there was a private shuttle that took me from the main airport to the jetty port, where I then boarded a private boat that then took me to the hotel door. The hospitality and service provided by staff was above and beyond what I expected. I particularly appreciated the complimentary drink on arrival, fruit basket and goody bag with flip flops, hand sanitiser etc. The breakfast buffet spread was fantastic, with many cuisines to choose from. Finding a local dessert in my room when returning each night was also a lovely touch. If I ever have the chance to return to Boracay, I will definitely stay at Coast again.
GGuest UserA straight forward hotel. Nothing fancy but considering their affordable rates it's definitely a bang for buck. The location would be the primary feature of the hotel since it's just a minute or two walk to the Station 1 beachfront. If you want peace and quite, this a great place to stay. Since it's near the main road, transport is accessible, so if you want the noise and chaos of station 2, it's an easy feat too. The staff takes the cake though. No hassle and very accommodating.
SSays_KatyThat's the end of our stay at this hotel in a suite.
Like it:
The hotel has a very beautiful and stylish interior.;
Amazing entrance group;
Large spacious room;
Bathroom in the room (minus information below);
Friendly staff;
Convenient transfer service;
Rooftop pool;
Nice towels;
A comfortable mattress.
I didn't like it:
•The welcome drinks were alcoholic only, they were different in the pictures, but in fact they turned out to be the same and not very tasty;
• It's very noisy outside the window until nightfall. You can't rest here during the day;
•There was a transformer room behind the wall of our room, and there was a lot of noise coming out of it at night. I had to sleep in earplugs to get enough sleep.
The luxurious bathroom in the room did not retain water when the drain pipe was plugged. The plug was leaking water and the tub could not be filled by more than 10 centimeters. I regretted that we took a more expensive room with a bathroom that could not be taken.;
Unfortunately, the floor is not cleaned during cleaning. It has been checked several times;
•Coffee capsules were available only on the first day, then I had to drink coffee only from tea bags. I don't understand why I should put the coffee machine on and not report the capsules. 2 capsules for the entire rest is extremely small … When asked to bring capsule coffee, it was brought to us in bags..
•We didn't like breakfast very much, as there was no porridge, little fruit, and no cheese for sandwiches. The omelet was always very unappetizing. There were no vegetables at all. None of this was very familiar to us. I didn't really want to eat rice for breakfast and eat it with meat in sauce. We understand that this is a common breakfast for the Philippines, but unfortunately it upset us that the hotel does not have a choice of breakfast for other nations, as such a breakfast is considered very heavy for us. .
• There are only 9 sun beds by the pool (this is extremely small for a hotel of 80 rooms, while the roof area allows you to put a little more);
I am writing about the disadvantages not so that you do not choose a hotel, but so that the hotel management improves the service, because the hotel itself is very beautiful. Many people should see it. I recommend it anyway. 🙂
SStabackLocation is a little far out but you can get a transport walking a few minutes out. My only issue is with the garden suite bathtub, the reason why I chose this place. The water supply to the tub is not cleaned properly and has black sediments coming out. Informed multiple times and they did multiple round of cleaning but the issue still persists although it got better.
Staff are friendly and works fast to the requests.
Sound proofing is also lacking as with many hotels. Light sleepers will be awaken by the early breakfast crowd as the room is located beside the dining area.
GGuest UserIt was a fun and memorable experience that we had during our stay in Boracay. As for Hennan Palm, the hotel is good but I was expecting for more. It's best feature is the beach front, pool bar and location. However, getting into lobby from the main road can be a bit troublesome due to narrow and uncemented road leading to it w/c could cause some delays entering/exiting the vicinity. Nevertheless, the whole experience is superb and we're just thankful.
KKylaaguiOriginally booked a bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed but was upgraded to 3 single beds when we arrived so we were happy.
The entire place is clean. Our hotel room is also clean. Basically, it's a really good hotel that has two pools, one within the place and one on the beachfront (White Beach).
However, if you're looking for a place near d'mall or other places/dining spots near Station 1, it is far (10-15 min walk). But if you prefer or if walking is okay with you, then it's no problem at all.
The only downside is the wifi and buffet. The wifi is only strong at the hotel lobby which, unfortunately, is very far from our room so we rely on data. The buffet, on the other hand, is the somehow just the same on our 5 day stay at the hotel so it's a little boring.
But again, if you don't have any problem with those two, then this place is good.
GGuest UserThe hotel is well equipped, everything you need is there. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we also got an upgrade. The room was cleaned every day, fresh towels brought, etc. The pool is also OK, but there is a small construction site at the front pool as the pool is being renovated and this can make it a bit noisy due to the construction work. A shuttle bus drove to station 2 every hour, the driver lets you out beforehand, which worked wonderfully.
What we didn't like was the location, unfortunately. You have to walk a few meters to the beach, it's downhill :/ about 5 minutes to the beach. The breakfast wasn't that good either, almost no choice, so we didn't go there in the morning.
MMaria InmaculadaService was good, they cleaned my room every day (by request). Room service included 1 free bottle of water, instant coffee and tea. Also toiletries (soap, shampoo, tooth brush and toothpaste, body lotion, slippers). The also changed the towels and bed linen by request, as well as the pool towels.
The location is really good, right on the beach, the area (zone 3) is not as crowded as zone 1, but not secluded either, I thought it was an excellent location close to everything by walking distance.
The girls at reception were very friendly and staff were helpful and welcoming.
The hotel has 2 swimming pools and a jacuzzi (yay!).
When I got to the hotel on my first day the manager said I had been upgraded to a bigger room, and it had a wee balcony, it was nice, I was very happy about it.
The only thing I did not like was the noise, it was a bit too noisy for my taste, from the loud karaoke evenings that went on up until 10PM, to the banging hammering on the floor for a hotel repair every morning at 8AM, not to mention the fact that both staff and other guests seemed to be early birds and there was noise from 7AM every day. The management should take care of that, a beach resort is a place for resting and relax, it definitely should be quieter. I complained about super loud gustes one day and they took care of it, sure, but I should not have to complain every day at a hotel, it should be a given.
Another thing I did not like much was the fact that you have to pay one thousand pesos as a deposit in case you break/ stain something. Upon arrival, management makes you sign a form where they tell you that you'll pay a ridiculous amount of money for stained towels and bed linen. It is incredibly overpriced, way more than it would cost to buy new towels. You spend your stay at the hotel worrying about staining things, in case they make you pay. Luckily, I was super careful and I was alright.
All in all, I think that for me it was a good choice mainly because of the location and the competitive price, but if you're looking for a fancy resort, this is not your place, the bathroom had leaks and the floor was always flooded. Other than that, I would probably go back.
GGloria DivaHad an amazing Stay and Vacation in Boracay as this hotel that I booked is very convenient to Sunset, Dinners and Activities.
If I’ll visit Boracay again. I will surely rebook this hotel.
Staff are kind, place is convenient and very clean.
What you see is what you stay!
Kk.itoThis is my third time to Boracay. 2 nights from January 9th to 11th, 2024, Superior DX room, 1st floor poolside
Good point: Right in front of White Beach. D Mall (restaurants, souvenir shops) is also nearby. There is also a pool bar where smoking is allowed, so it is convenient for smokers to stay in a poolside room on the 1st floor.
The beach was crowded, but the pool was empty and comfortable. The room had two double beds, but it was comfortable enough.
Cons: I requested a shuttle service via Trip.com, but the person in charge kept telling me that they couldn't get in touch with the hotel, and as the time was getting close, I requested a shuttle service directly from the hotel website.
I sent an email but got no reply. In the end, we arrived at the airport without being able to confirm a hotel transfer from Caticlan Airport. As expected, there was no pick-up. Since this is not my first time, I will be provided with a pick-up service at the airport.
Arrive at the hotel you were looking for.
In the end, there was no contact from Trip.com's representatives (about 3 people) and they were left alone. When I called Trip.com at the airport, they said they would call the hotel right away, but they sent me an email saying they couldn't connect to the hotel.
I couldn't wait, so I looked for a shuttle service at the airport myself. Well, it's a common problem overseas, so I took care of it myself, but the airport transfer service fee was added to the bill when checking out of the hotel.
I was astonished at what had happened. Of course, I didn't negotiate and pay.
I requested the return transportation service from the hotel front desk the day before check-out, and it was comfortable and no problem. 650 pesos per adult. Transfer services can be booked online, and transportation to the port and airport, boat tickets, etc. can be booked online.
When considering purchasing, we recommend the shuttle service.
The shower room and drainage in the room are poor and overflows. The only towels I received were bath towels.I asked for additional towels, but there was no additional charge. Meals are average for breakfast and dinner.
There is no safety box in the room, and the door lock does not close properly.
I was unable to communicate with the hotel via email, and considering the price and location other than the shuttle service, even a methodical Japanese person could barely pass the exam. 3.5 stars
I cannot recommend it to those who want a neat hotel. Boracay's beaches are really beautiful, more beautiful than Cebu, Hawaii, and Guam, yet Japanese travel companies offer tours.
It's strange that it's not assembled.
