"Cons: The Location, its far from the main Beach Town but they do offer a free shuttle service, however the last trip going back to the hostel is 9:30pm so ull have less to time to explore the beach at night, and since the dormitel is far away, you cant freshen up after the beach as soon as possible. Another con is the wifi, its unstable. Pros: The room is clean, comfy bed, cool and cold air-conditioning, offers cabinet with locks for safe storage, staff is incredibly nice and accommodating, bathrooms are clean too."

"We had a very nice stay at Cerca Hotel.The staff were nice and accommodating, and that they allowed you to stay continuously despite having multiple bookings. However, it seems that there were some concerns regarding the lack of amenities, such as tables and chairs in the family room, doormats in the shared bathroom and comfort room, and low water current. It might be helpful if the hotel could consider adding these amenities for a more comfortable stay. Additionally, having signage to make it easier to locate the hotel would be beneficial. It's wonderful that the hotel is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants, making it a convenient choice for guests."

"Wow! What a place. Had the most incredible time here over almost two weeks. The staff were incredible helpful. The manager Ricky was a top lad and always went to try and make your experience that little bit better. The girls working on the front desks alongside all those in the kitchen really helped. Shoutout to the security guy on being welcoming too. Great facilities but it would be better with the info being better but I guess it’s a tiny island so you only have to work with what you’ve got. A lot of special nights were out on like Chinese New Year and Australia Day celebrations. It’s right next door to mad monkey if you want to have a few beers at chill out then head there a little later is what I’d recommend rather than going to MM early and being in your bed before sunset. Met the most crazy and caring people there and it was a really friendly environment. Would totally recommend and as for the cost then it was very reasonable. Would like to see them introduce a credit system at the bar so you can keep a tab of what you’ve spent but also makes it easier than having a inch of small coins in your pocket. Beautiful place with great people. Would 100% go back . "

"We booked a family room for 7 people at this hostel, but when we arrived, we were disappointed to be given a room with 4 bunk beds and a transparent sliding door, which seemed meant for solo travelers. We didn’t say anything at first, but on the 2nd day, we found out that the door wouldn’t lock. When we asked an attendant to help, he was surprised and asked who put us in that room, saying we were supposed to be in a family room without a transparent door. Since we were in a hurry, we told him we would deal with it after our trip. When we got back, we spoke to the attendant who originally checked us in. Instead of apologizing, he said the family rooms were sold out, so he put us in any available room without telling us. When we asked if we could move to a different room, he refused. Luckily, a female attendant stepped in and said she would arrange for us to move to another room, which she would have cleaned right away. We appreciated her help, but to avoid more stress, we decided to stay in the room we were given. However, we feel it’s important to mention the rude behavior from the male attendant, which affected our stay."

"The staff is friendly I enjoy staying there. Very good and nice people I am thankfull to them. The room is good for solo traveller you don't need to stay at luxury hotel as long as you enjoy their campony. Very happy"

"-Washing in the bathroom is not very convenient. Sometimes someone goes to the bathroom because it washes. But the bathroom is clean. -The bed is not very stable but the mattress is good. + Hostel has a wonderful family. In general, the atmosphere of the hostel is pleasant. You can ask to be prepared from the product for an additional fee. + The map seems to be far from the center, but you can actually walk to the beach in 15 minutes. The harbor is also within walking distance."
