Except location, we did not like anything in the hotel, hotel room air-condition was old window style, not sufficient, noisy.

The location of the resort was phenomenal being a beach front resort. The palm and tropical trees peppered throughout the property is a great difference to the more "hotel" condominium aesthetic that other resorts have. Its on the quieter side of the island but a nice walking distance to the other places at station 2. Very clean spaces. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful.

We stayed in room 501, which was across a small road behind the beach. The room is large, with plenty of space for two double beds. There is a balcony to dry clothes and a small swimming pool visible from the balcony. It's very quiet and it only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach. I'm very satisfied. The rooms next to the beach all have a double bed + a single bed, which is not very friendly to families with two children. Garden rooms are recommended for families with two children.

We were given an adjacent room since there were 6 of us. Here are my inputs regarding our stay: Location - SUPERB!!! it has the longest shoreline at station 1, near the grotto. Configuration of the grounds, is kid and senior friendly, not much stairs to climb Rooms- Rustic feel, a bit old, but I would say, clean. Would also like to commend the manager for giving our senior companions the ground level rooms. Food- for ala cadre menu, on the pricey side and not all dishes were good. But I would say, breakfast buffet was good! This hotel made me appreciate Boracay!!!

In 2019 we stayed there as a family with kid , l tried to review it on trip advisor but couldn't find it. This time in Dec Christmas eve we went to have drinks there and cherish old memories . The drinks were awesome . The location is just beside willy's rock . Not sure why this property isn't listed in the site where l usually book . Hope the management takes initiative to reach out to more customers . lts a beautiful property at a prime location

This was my first time to Boracay so I will try to compartmentalize my thoughts as best as I can. The location of this hotel was amazing for my family and I. It's closer to the end of Station 1 so it was very quiet and less crowded. If you're looking for the party area this area is not for you. Having said that it's not too far of a ride down to all the shops, bars and restaurants. It is also quite safe. The beach is the cleanest beach I have ever been (I've been throughout the Mediterranean, the west coast of the US and Canada). The water is crystal clear and the waves were calm (not sure if it's like this all year round though). There are quite a bit of people trying to sell you things all along the beach so be prepared to be approached by several people every day. Now on to the hotel. It's smaller scale which is our preference. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. It is a family run and owned business. Some of the staff are 3rd generation already of families who have worked there. While we were there, they were preparing for their staff Christmas party which also had the staff children involved. It seemed they were well taken care of as employees so that was nice to see. The food was great for us - no complaints about it at all. The resort is very rustic which again we don't mind however it needs some upgrades. The beds were really stiff, the lighting in our room was poor and one of the bulbs worked on and off. In the room we stayed in there wasn't anywhere for us to put our clothes away. We were there for 4 nights and 5 days. We like to put our clothes in drawers if we are staying more than 3 nights so that we aren't living out of a suit case. Happy hour was great. They had great drink and appie selections for happy hour. Having said all this I still would come back here for it's location. We aren't into crowds or feeling crammed between people on the beach and this hotel's location provides the quieter vibe that we like.

We had on Tuesday 26th of June in the afternoon a terrible situation in front of the sea wind resort. My friends and I where sitting outside the resort and in front of the hotel fence on the white beach. Suddenly a short hair woman showed up and shouted at us to move from the private proerty but we where sitting already outside the resort. She was very unfriendly and shouted we should check the property sign boarder but there was No. My friend she is pregnant got really nervous and felt bad about this behavior of this so called manager. REALLY really bad I would never stay in such a unfriendly environment!!! I wanted to talk to the hotel manager but the guy on the reception refused to call him. Shame on them.

My friend and I were walking on beach and saw they were doing beachfront massages - so we walked in for a massage. We were quoted P1350 for a regular massage. We’ve advised that we’re only looking to get foot massage so they handed us the menu. Foot massage on the menu was only P850. Massage was actually good. When it was time to pay, one of the therapists came and told us it’s P2,700 for two massages. We argued that foot massage was only P850 on the menu, she advised that we are walk-ins hence the higher rate. We were pretty convinced by that so we were ready to pay. But the other therapist came (not knowing what transpired) and told us it’s P1,700 for 2 foot massage. Then the first therapist spoke to the other therapist in their dialect so she’s quickly changed the quote from P1,700 to P2,700 arguing that P850 is only for in-house rate only (guests staying at Sea Wind). Did not want to argue as we were in a rush so we just paid the P1350 rate. It really felt like we were ripped off as this should’ve been disclosed that there’s a separate walk in rate aside from the prices on the menu.

It isn't the most glamorous resort I've been to in Boracay. The resort is one of the oldest on the *****. So the design is rustic and Filipino inspired. There was a bit of a musty smell when we first got to the room. But the smell easily went away after opening the AC. Positives were the beach facilities - complete and well maintained, with one of the longest beach fronts along the *****. Rooms were clean and there were a lot of attentive staff within easy call. Prices too were reasonable considering the beach amenities the resort had.

This is billed as a 4 star resort, in reality it is 2 star at best. Staff are great and very helpful but the whole complex is run down and dated, it desperately needs upgrading. The room is shabby and very tired, the breakfast is very poor, we paid a lot of money for our week's stay and we're bitterly disappointed

I used to love this hotel because of its facilities and food. Rooms that are located at the back of the hotel are outdated and have a rustic vibe - old and dark. Their breakfast buffet has very limited selections, they don't even serve soups. I think it's about time to renovate this property.
