Friendly staff. Very nice people. Accommodating. Hospitable. Good breakfast. I just wish we dont have to charge our phone and other gadgets far from our beds. But overall, its a budget friendly hotel and clean.

Service Crew is friendly. Good service. Delicious filipino-dish breakfast. Hotel is accessible to public transport. They offer roundtrip airport transfer (with fee). My clients enjoyed their stay and booked for another 12 persons.

It was really nice and clean, so I had a great stay for 3 nights. It was convenient because there was a water purifier, and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is located on the main road, very noisy. In addition to this, dogs bark and roosters crow at night. Very humid in the room, damp, things are covered with fungus.

This hotel cannot be rated as a hotel - it is mostly a hostel (dormitory) The lighting in the room is very dark, like in a hut! The hotel has not been renovated for probably 5 years. The only hotel staff is very polite, friendly and helpful people!

Twas a great experience with Boracay Grace Hotel. The food were excellent, our was clean and the location of the hotel is somehow accessible to the other important parts of the Boracay. Looking forward to go back again and stay in Boracay Grace Hotel.

So clean Ang freindly staff its very safe i want to comeback soon if i have time, nex time i go in boracay i choose grace hotel if you have to plan go in boracay please choose 'Grace Hotel' the service is very presentable and the food is very delicious

The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. You will feel like at home. Every question will be answered with pleasure, friendliness and attention. The rooms are OK, but not sound protected. So some rooms are might noisy concerning the street noise and barking dogs. I got a room upgrade for free to another room which was between two other rooms. This room was OK and I could sleep better during night. Breakfast is included, there is a chice between different styles of breakfast. The coffee is awful, I recommend the hotel to invest in a good Nespresso coffee machine. The hotel is not located at the beach, but only 7 minutes walking distance.
