what we love most is how friendly and accommodating everyone is. we were well-assisted all the way. it's also very practical and has really quick access to the beach. overall, we enjoyed our stay and trip.

Eurotel Review: 4/5 ⭐️ We had a mostly wonderful stay at Eurotel! 🌟 The desk assistance was super approachable and helpful. 👍 However, our room had some stained linens upon check-in, which was a bit of a letdown 😔. A quick room check before guest arrival would make a big difference. Food-wise, the staff could be more attentive with refilling empty dishes 🍴. We also had a bit of a mix-up with the free birthday cake promo 🎂. We requested it twice, but unfortunately, it didn't happen 🤔. Despite these hiccups, we enjoyed our stay and the service overall 🌴. Fairways & Bluewater Spa really exceeded our expectations! We truly enjoyed our 5-night stay and honestly wished we could have extended! From the moment we arrived, the warm and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. Although the hotel is a bit farther from the main beach, the efficient van transfers within the property made getting around easy and hassle-free — and honestly, we didn’t feel the need to go out at all. The beach within the resort was beautiful and definitely worth staying in for! The pool and other amenities were well-maintained and spotless throughout our stay. The foam party was such a fun highlight — our whole family had a blast! The staff were all incredibly approachable and accommodating. Special shoutout to Pearl from Housekeeping who kept our room clean and cozy, Winston from the Front Office for always being helpful and welcoming, and Lawrence from Concierge who was so attentive and kind. Everyone we encountered added to the amazing experience. Thank you for the unforgettable family getaway — we’re already looking forward to the next one!

One of the best hotels we have ever been to! The room is big, the bed and the couch are very comfortable, and the view is amazing! Location is great, right on the beach and the hotel provides free chairs and beach towels. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The Italian restaurant on the first floor is also very nice with many options and live music in afternoon and evening.

There's a lot of koi fish that my daughter enjoyed.The hotel even gave us complimentary chocolate treats that we loved. We felt the summer vibe in this hotel. 4D3N - 7 Premier Rooms - Family & Relatives Beachfront: Algae blooms is still evident. If you want a clearer one, you may walk to the boundaries of S2 & S3. Staff: Very accommodating and friendly. A shoutout to sir JK at reception for letting us check-in as early. Food: Welxome drinks upon areival. Free Breakfast buffet was satisfying! Dinner buffet for P949 +250 unlidrinks is worth it. We also tried the lunch buffet at Henann Regency Sea Breeze (P799) upon arrival and cravings satisfied. But if you opt for cheaper ones, a walk to DMall and Food park is ok but not recommended for groups with kids & seniors (like ours). Room: Cleanliness is exemplary. The daily housekeeping is praiseworthy. We felt like we just arrived everytime we walk into our rooms newly cleaned and refreshed. Supplies is replenished everyday when used. With bathrobe and umbrella but no slippers. Amenities: Pools are ok but smaller than other Henann. Pool bar price is cheaper than Sky Pool bar. Water dispenser available in hallways. Wrap up: Experience were almost perfect except for a mishap on the 3rd night. The ceiling of 1 room assigned to our Seniors has broke down. Tatang was inside the T&B when he heard a loud bomb-like sound (as how he described it to us). He get out of the T&B and is shocked for the devastating look of the ceiling debris all over the beds. Lucky enough that he was inside while Inang was still with us in the restaurant downstairs. The family wanted a free 1N stay and rebooked airfare but the trauma made Tatang insisted to go back home. Hotel Initiative: On the same night, Seniors were immediately transferred to another room with pool access. The next day, at 10am, staff called to check on our Seniors and adv that they're allowed for late check out until pickup time. I replied that if extension is for just 1 room, Seniors will opt not to avail it as others will have to wait for them in the lobby. Hotel staff then asked further approval - resulting to a total of all 7 rooms were allowed for late checkout until 0130pm.

I recently stayed at this beachfront hotel with my children, and we had a fantastic time. The resort is very family-friendly, with multiple pools that kept my kids happily entertained throughout our stay. The beach is just steps away and absolutely beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous complimentary items provided during our stay — a lovely touch that added value and convenience. We stayed in both a Superior and a Deluxe room, and I have to say the Deluxe room is worth the upgrade: it's much more modern and the TV reception and channel options were significantly better. The Superior room, unfortunately, lacked in that area. One small issue I noticed was the kids' rate policy — currently applied to children as young as 5. I believe it would be more appropriate for kids aged 7 or 8 and above, as younger children barely consume the meals or amenities included in the rate. Also, there were no welcome drinks or snacks offered upon arrival, which would have been a nice touch. Despite those minor points, the overall experience was wonderful. Great service, relaxing atmosphere, and perfect for families. We’ll definitely be coming back next year!

Everything was fine, except for the check out experience. I am a PWD, but when I presented my card upon check out. they refused to honor it saying I should have given the card when I ordered my in-room dining. Is it not their JOB to ask if one is a PWD upon ordering? They reasoned that the kitchen is operated by a concessionaire and not owned by the hotel, which is quite dubious and led me to further think they were trying to make an extra few pesos for the food they served which by the way was LOUSY. Aside from this stupid move, the hotel was fine.

I absolutely loved my stay at Henann Garden Resort! The place is superb beautiful, clean, and so relaxing. One of the best parts is the easy beach access—it’s literally right in front of the resort! Perfect for quick dips and sunset views. The staff were all incredibly accommodating and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. I genuinely had such a great experience here, and I’ve already started recommending it to my friends. Can’t wait to come back!
