GGuest UserFerra Hotel Boracay is a decent option with a good location. Nothing extraordinary, but it does the job. What really stands out is the staff — genuinely warm, always smiling, and very friendly. It makes the stay more enjoyable than the hotel itself might suggest on paper. A solid pick if you’re looking for a well-located base in Boracay with a welcoming atmosphere.

CChloe C. LinThe service was excellent, as expected of a COAST hotel. Every staff member was smiling and ready to assist every guest. They were responsive to requests and remembered guests' names, making guests feel respected. The room had everything they needed, but the facilities were quite old, the soundproofing was poor, and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. I strongly suggest the hotel renovate it. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach.

JJen.LNice location at back beach. You can find amazing kite surfing view outside the hotel. The room is clean and nice design. You can also choose in room breakfast too.  One small thing is that room with bacalony at 1 f is not really useful lol. And there is mosquito when you open the heavy door

TTiago Tavares PeixotoAll the staff was amazing! Simple rooms but very clean, for me was enough as I only shower and sleep ( the bed was great!!) The Diving center with wonderful teacher Rowell! And I can’t thank enough to Charlie, the best Host, always trying to help!!!💪 The food was very tasty, specially the Dorada Fish! At dinner they have live music with great singers!!!

DDen4iikkkThank you for a wonderful stay! This review is completely honest! My wife and I came here for our wedding anniversary. The hotel very kindly upgraded our room and put us closer to the sea at JONY'S BEACH RESORT, with the sea just across the road. I would like to express my special gratitude to the staff. The hotel staff are very friendly, smiling, and pleasant people. They will help you with anything and tell you everything you need to know. They decorated our room and the wall in honor of our anniversary and scattered rose petals on the bed, which was very sweet and pleasant. Upon check-in, the hotel provided a very tasty welcome drink, which was freshly squeezed watermelon. In our experience, it was the most delicious drink among other hotels. Breakfast with a sea view is wonderful, a great restaurant. The excellent JONY'S restaurant on the beach, I recommend it to everyone! The hotel provides currency exchange, which is very convenient. If you are leaving early in the morning and don't have time for breakfast, they will give you sandwiches to take with you, and you can choose the flavor yourself. It was very nice, we enjoyed the sandwiches and water at the airport! Thank you to the very friendly staff, the wonderful girls at the reception, the administration, and the entire hotel for a great time. We left with wonderful impressions and very warm memories of you. Thank you! Good luck in your development and prosperity to the hotel. All the best to the hotel staff! GGuest UserMy stay was honestly good, staffs are friendly and service was good and fast when it comes to requests. I just don't like other staffs who does not greet their guest while others are doing it. I am thankful that my request to have a room with strong internet connection was granted, but I guess it's still subject for availability. I just got disappointed that rooms doesn't have a Smart TV, thou they have cable but I didn't used it since I prefer Youtube on TV. They also don't have dental kit, good thing I brought my own and their swimming pools is up to 8pm only, which is too early. I may add to that they don't have a rooftop for view. Location is great since it's beachfront but it actually takes 15-20mins walk to D'Mall and other establishments, which is a hassle, I thought it's near food and entertainment places. Overall, La Carmela De Boracay is still recommended and a great pace to stay in Boracay, especially if you are on a budget, compared to the other hotels nearby with the same services.

AAthi MalothanaI had a lovely stay at this hotel. The area it’s in is just paradise. The staff was helpful and kind. I would definitely go back. The only problem I had was the condition of the bedding and the towels. However they atleast gave me new towels upon request. So I would go back, because they were very kind and helpful

GGuest UserAt this price, you really can’t complain. The room is on the 4th floor, which might be a problem for older people. The room is cozy, with fresh towels and nice-smelling bedding. You can book rooms here without worry, it’s a perfect place just for sleeping.

GGuest UserLocation was great and the hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and nice always helped with whatever needed. The only thing we dis not like was the breakfast. Too small, not enough. Everything else was amazing. Big thanks to the staff, all were great people.
