GGuest UserFerra Hotel Boracay is a decent option with a good location. Nothing extraordinary, but it does the job. What really stands out is the staff — genuinely warm, always smiling, and very friendly. It makes the stay more enjoyable than the hotel itself might suggest on paper. A solid pick if you’re looking for a well-located base in Boracay with a welcoming atmosphere.

CChloe C. LinThe service was excellent, as expected of a COAST hotel. Every staff member was smiling and ready to assist every guest. They were responsive to requests and remembered guests' names, making guests feel respected. The room had everything they needed, but the facilities were quite old, the soundproofing was poor, and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. I strongly suggest the hotel renovate it. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach.

JJen.LNice location at back beach. You can find amazing kite surfing view outside the hotel. The room is clean and nice design. You can also choose in room breakfast too.  One small thing is that room with bacalony at 1 f is not really useful lol. And there is mosquito when you open the heavy door

TTiago Tavares PeixotoAll the staff was amazing! Simple rooms but very clean, for me was enough as I only shower and sleep ( the bed was great!!) The Diving center with wonderful teacher Rowell! And I can’t thank enough to Charlie, the best Host, always trying to help!!!💪 The food was very tasty, specially the Dorada Fish! At dinner they have live music with great singers!!!

The hotel very kindly upgraded our room and put us closer to the sea at JONY'S BEACH RESORT, with the sea just across the road. I would like to express my special gratitude to the staff. The hotel staff are very friendly, smiling, and pleasant people. They will help you with anything and tell you everything you need to know. They decorated our room and the wall in honor of our anniversary and scattered rose petals on the bed, which was very sweet and pleasant. Upon check-in, the hotel provided a very tasty welcome drink, which was freshly squeezed watermelon. In our experience, it was the most delicious drink among other hotels. Breakfast with a sea view is wonderful, a great restaurant. The excellent JONY'S restaurant on the beach, I recommend it to everyone! The hotel provides currency exchange, which is very convenient. If you are leaving early in the morning and don't have time for breakfast, they will give you sandwiches to take with you, and you can choose the flavor yourself. It was very nice, we enjoyed the sandwiches and water at the airport! Thank you to the very friendly staff, the wonderful girls at the reception, the administration, and the entire hotel for a great time. We left with wonderful impressions and very warm memories of you. Thank you! Good luck in your development and prosperity to the hotel. All the best to the hotel staff! NNeil ChristianOur stay at this hotel in Boracay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The staff and manager were outstanding very friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were more than happy to assist with all of our requests, making sure we were comfortable and satisfied at all times. Their excellent service really made our vacation extra special. The room and facilities were beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and cozy atmosphere after a long day at the beach. You can really feel the attention to detail and care put into keeping the place spotless and inviting. As a small and friendly suggestion, it would be wonderful to have a full-body mirror in each room. It would be a nice addition for guests to do a quick outfit or fit check before heading out to enjoy Boracay 😊 Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boracay. AAnonymous UserI am generally pleased and satisfied with my stay at Nigi Nigi Too. The staff and cleaners are friendly and attentive. When booking at this hotel, here are a few things to keep in consider: - The standard room doesn’t have a refrigerator. Instead, there’s a large refrigerator available for everyone to use on the first floor. - Free drinking water is also available on the second floor for everyone to use. - The hotel only provides mugs inside the room, so it’s a good idea to bring your own water container or thumbler. - There’s no cabinet to store your clothes, but there’s a designated area where you can lay them out. - Hangers are included in the room. - I was provided with two bath towels. - You can always request to clean your room during the makeup room hours. - There’s no elevator, so if you’re staying on the third floor, you’ll have to take the stairs. The room is well-equipped with a functional air conditioning system, a TV, a lampshade with a small table and two chairs, and a clean, unclogged bathroom. The bathroom also features a working water heater, a bidet, and a lavatory with complimentary dental kits. Additionally, they provide body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. The WIFI works perfecty fine too. You can always request a beach towel daily. However, slippers are not provided during my stay. The breakfast is excellent. As a solo traveler, I booked a room that accommodates two people, but I was still able to receive two breakfast meals per day. My room is located on the third floor, at the very end of the building in the resort. I highly recommend booking a room on the second floor. You’ll be conveniently close to the water dispenser and the first floor. Additionally, it’s just a minute’s walk to the beautiful white beach. There’s a bar at the hotel entrance, so it might get quite noisy at night. The walkway to the end building is beautiful; it’s like walking through a garden. The rates at trip.com is cheaper rather than booking direct at the hotel. Overall I am happy with my stay will sure keep this hotel in mind when i plan to go back to Boracay. Thank you Nigi Nigi Too.

GGuest UserWe love the tropical vibes of this resort and plus factor is beach front and accesible the main road of station1 boracay for easy trasnpo going to station2 if you dont want to walk. Another thing much better if they offer a complimentary slipper as a guest amenity. Also their corned beef menu in breakfast doesn't taste good.

AAthi MalothanaI had a lovely stay at this hotel. The area it’s in is just paradise. The staff was helpful and kind. I would definitely go back. The only problem I had was the condition of the bedding and the towels. However they atleast gave me new towels upon request. So I would go back, because they were very kind and helpful
