The hotel is in good location… the rooms are very clean and spacious never the less the hotel staffs are very nice and accommodating … highly recommended…

🚗 Transportation: The transportation is very convenient, the red line subway is downstairs, and it is also very convenient to go downtown
🍃Environment: There is a Starbucks dunkin dounut nearby where you can buy breakfast or something. The hotel is very new, the decoration style of the lobby room is good!
🧹Hygiene: I stayed for three days and cleaned up every day, I am still very satisfied!

Neither my phone nor laptop could connect to their internet. I was in town for a conference and had no issues connecting at the conference, just at the hotel. They could not resolve the issue.

Staff very accomodating- nice location near T but Uber is needed to get to Convention Center. Room is modern/updated BUT wonky pretty cheap touches. Had to use my phone for lights- toilet flush button very flimsy, TV glitched- bathroom design leaves little privacy. Overall a minimalist, not very cozy stay for hefty price. Room was very clean- but comforters a bit heavy.

It is across the street from the RED subway line, so we were able to visit Harvard campus really easily. Also within walking distance of shops and cafes, restos.
Friendly staff. Our double room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Overall is okay, the air conditioning didn’t work so called the front desk and they sent a technician to fix it in a timely manner.

Clean space and comfortable bed. Expensive parking for one night and no directions on how to valet. No one to greet you. Could use night light in bathroom.

Very clean, modern and comfortable hotel, would definitely come here again. The only thing that was a little drawback is that even though we had a room in the 9th floor the traffic noise was very noticable.
