The location is very good, close to the public market and Quincy Market, the surrounding is very prosperous and it is very convenient to eat! The hotel facilities are very new, very clean, and the decoration is also very modern! There is a little sister who speaks Chinese at the front desk of the hotel. She is very friendly and kind! We talked for a long time! The hotel lobby is very upscale, warm and comfortable, and sitting quietly is also a kind of enjoyment! It is a good hotel and I will consider it next time I go to Boston! (There is a popular restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The lobster noodles and cuttlefish noodles are especially delicious 😋)

After staying for two nights, there were two power outages. The hair dryer tripped as soon as I plugged it in, and the coffee machine and charging port didn't work. The hotel engineer said the circuit was too sensitive. The hotel does not provide bottled water, so you have to go downstairs to get filtered water; there is no spare roll paper; the housekeeping department is very slow to deliver things; the towels are old; the Wi-Fi cannot be connected, and the room number and name are incorrect; refund The room was at 11 o'clock in the morning, the first time I met. All in all, the various minor issues during my stay made me unhappy and I will not come back again.

Dear Hilton Hotel Management: I am writing to express my deep disappointment and disgust at the recent disrespectful attitude received at your hotel (Canopy by Hilton Boston Downtown). I was appalled by the behavior of your staff on the day I checked out, what can only be described as a clear case of racism. On the day we checked out, we got a call from the front desk confirming that we would be checking out at 1pm, which we confirmed. However, at 12:55pm, two of your staff knocked on my door and broke into the room without our permission. I fully understand that the hotel has a check out policy, but as a consumer, I have paid for the service in full and should be treated with due respect. They just watched us pack and one of them even went to the bathroom and stood there! Bring us great discomfort and pain. This behavior is not only disrespectful, it is unacceptable. As a guest, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of my race or ethnicity. The actions of your staff were clearly motivated by racism and your staff considers it unacceptable to invade our privacy and treat us in this way. I demand an immediate apology and appropriate action against those involved. Also, while this could certainly be a lack of professionalism on the part of the staff, their derogatory attitude leads me to believe it was racially motivated. If so, I hope you will take the necessary steps to ensure that this racist and unprofessional and disrespectful behavior does not happen again in the future.
