Metro just outside the hotel! Great location to view museum of the future. Love the breakfast. Service is great!

Amazing hotel, nice, clean, the staff are amazing!! I can’t praise it enough! I didn’t get the early check in, it’s understandable considering it was super early in the morning. But it’s as good as they let me use all the facilities in the hotel, so I can shower and freshen up as well. Will come back!

Perfect location, in city centre, just 3mins walk to world trade center metro. Room is clean and spacious. Towel and waterbottle is provided at the gym. Ammenities are byredo products. Love it.

Nice and enjoyable environment stay. Clean and good service. Water bottle is always refilled. The only thing is the tissue. They will only top up when you finish using so you have to request for more.

I think the deposit refund issue is part of the service, but almost a month after check-out, the refund has still not been issued. I've traveled a lot, but this is my first time at a hotel where refunds are so late, and I don't recommend it to those who are sensitive to deposit refunds.
