Interlaken District Hotels with Breakfast

The freshly renovated Grand Hotel Belvedere is a real highlight in Wegen. The combination of historic charm and modern, “lax luxury” has been a very successful success. The new wellness area with heated indoor and outdoor pools – is an absolute paradise after one day in the mountains. The view of the virgin and the lauter Bronzen valley is unslaughterable. The team is young, international and very hearty, even though the main language is English rather than German. The breakfast was very delicious and had everything it needed. Only a little damage had to pay extra for some things. Concluded: Whoever seeks a luxurious but not rigid hotel in the Swiss Alps is right here. Tip: If possible, book a room with balcony and valley view – the view is worth every cent.

The helpful reviews are accurate. Awesome room view and great service from all staff. We have two adults and one child and they connected two single beds and provided and extra bed. I would say just book (level 4 lifestyle room) with a peace of mind and do remember to bring your own toiletries.

This hotel has a lot of character and a great location, right at the foot of Jungfrau, just a one-minute walk from the train station. The room was small but clean and tidy, with good quality bedding and toiletries. There's a coffee machine in the room, but no kettle. The city tax is CHF 5.3 per person, and you'll receive a visitor's card for discounts on things like cable cars. The hotel has a wellness center and sauna, so don't forget your swimsuit! The breakfast is quite good for a 3-star hotel, and the restaurant terrace offers breathtaking views. It's a car-free village, so if you're driving, you'll need to park your car at Lauterbrunnen train station.

Thank you Mr Jean-Louis for your generosity and hospitality! It’s nice meeting you in person. Hotel Rossli is clean and comfy, located strategically close to train and bus stops. They also give to us Visitors Card through our stay (doesn’t need further validation, but just hop on and hop off the public transport within the inclusive area which was explained clearly to us during check in) which even covers the public transport to visit St Beatus Waterfall and Isewald for “Steg Crash Landing on You” viewpoint and Brienzersee Lakewalk, The location also made it easy for us to travel to both Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. Can’t believe we could manage to visit so many places with just a 2 nights stay. The hotel is also within walking distance to nearby grocery stores. Last but not least, the hotel also provides common/shared kitchen with microwave oven and unlimited coffee and teas! And there are many many TV channels, even more TV channels than usual 4 or 5 stars hotels. All in all, highly recommend. Would come back and stay again 😊

The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from the bus station, which provides easy access to everywhere. It also provides breakfast with great variety of choices. The hotel receptionists were helpful and assisted me in getting back the 10% discount when dining at its collaborated restaurant. Bear in mind that no air conditioning services in the room and it might get abit warmer during summer, but fans were provided.

We had such a wonderful stay at Lake Lodge Hotel and truly loved our experience here. The receptionist was absolutely amazing — so warm, kind and genuinely helpful. She very kindly upgraded us from a single room to a queen-size bed room, which we deeply appreciated. Her hospitality really made our stay extra special. The hotel offers fantastic value for money. Our room came with a balcony overlooking the lake, and the view is simply stunning. During golden hour, the scenery becomes absolutely gorgeous. Waking up in this quiet little town, facing the calm lake and mountains, feels priceless. It’s peaceful, beautiful and truly relaxing. The offer coffee bread at the breakfast area absolutely free. Migros is about 12 km away, so do plan ahead if you need groceries. There is no lift in the hotel, but we didn’t mind carrying our luggage upstairs. For light sleepers, it’s worth noting that you can hear some activity from nearby rooms or from upstairs and downstairs. However, the hotel is very thoughtful and provides earplugs in the room, which we appreciated. The bathroom is shared, and initially we were unsure about it. But it’s only a few steps away from the room and was not inconvenient at all. There is a wash basin inside the room, which makes things easier and practical. We honestly feel this place is underrated and deserves more recognition and positive reviews. It may be simple, but it offers charm, warmth and one of the most beautiful lake views you can wake up to. Sometimes you don’t need luxury — just a clean bed, a basin, a balcony and a breathtaking view. We loved it so much and would absolutely return. It’s a beautiful place that truly deserves more appreciation.

The location is super convenient, right next to Platform 1 of Interlaken West station. There's a large supermarket directly opposite where you can buy groceries to cook in the apartment, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed in an apartment, which was very spacious, and the facilities were well-maintained and quite new. Although we arrived in late May, we unfortunately hit a European heatwave with temperatures around 27-28 degrees Celsius. Since the apartment didn't have air conditioning, it was quite uncomfortable. I saw in the reviews that the hotel usually offers two fans per apartment, so I immediately called the front desk to ask if they could provide one. They said they could provide one. As there were two bedrooms, I asked if we could have two, and the front desk directly replied: 'No, you can only request one fan.' Their attitude felt a bit unfriendly. Also, in apartments without air conditioning, a fan should really be considered a basic amenity and not something guests have to specifically request.

Car can park at the hotel entrance free of charge. Room is spacious for 4 people. Staff are friendly and provided us free travel card within interlaken area. My daughters are happy that the staff gave them chocolate and candy were put on the bed at Day 1. 10 minutes walk from Interlaken West Station. Not many choice for breakfast but the taste is good. Hotel cost is super expensive during summer time in Interlaken......but I still think this is a brilliant hotel.

The hotel's location is pretty good for getting around, close to well-known attractions, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to the train station. The room itself is very spacious with plenty of room. It was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning kept it comfortably cool even in summer, making for a pleasant stay overall.

Beautiful environment, ideal location, convenient transportation, great breakfast, warm indoor environment, and kettle. You can see the green mountains outside the window, and you can fall asleep to the sound of water at night, which is very comfortable!
