Obviously, the room I paid for had a terrace on the reservation screen, and I made the reservation with that in mind, so when I went to argue with them, they said that the room I had reserved was that room. (I was told that it was given to me because I had created a room, but when I went down and inquired, I found out that the room was originally assigned...) 4) Then, while showing a picture of the reservation screen on 'Booking.com', he enthusiastically emphasizes that the room may or may not have a terrace. The problem is that I paid through 'Trip.com' and the room type I booked on Trip.com is not available. All photos showed a terrace. When I said that, he got very angry and told me to cancel it for free and to leave if I didn't like it. To be honest, these words sounded very threatening to me, and I was so intimidated by the man's attitude that I was afraid that he might do something to me. I sometimes wonder if they are speaking in such a threatening manner because I am a woman and Asian.
