Is pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that left a lasting impression. From its impeccable design to the delectable breakfast, my experience was delightful overall. Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it.
The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. Every aspect of the decor exudes elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail is evident, and it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the premises. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests.
One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day.
The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable.

The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. If you're looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be.

GGuest UserGreat experience as the village is quite scenic and beautiful with great views from this hotel and near by , hosts are really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options are good I must say as I like soft boil eggs and had no worries of not having to have scrambled eggs as a lot of people have complained. Parking is free . They also gave us our keys in a nice welcome box with instructions and some chocolates that was very thoughtfully prepared so full marks for that. The only concern I have is that Trip.com suggested a self catered kitchen which wasn’t there for preparing your food/dinner and also there was no microwave in the room which is extremely inconvenient. I think that’s the only negative as not everyone eats out in a restaurant and sometimes you’d get hungry at a later part of night and nothing is available. So next time I’ll definitely consider a hotel/lodge that has a at least a self catering kitchen.

Jjanice gooHotel at a great location which is opposite train station and bus stop. Front desk lady was so helpful with our enquiries. We even hv a free bus ride card for our stay. Hotel stay came with breakfast at rooftop. Excellent view of the snowy mountains. Definitely will stay there again if i revisit Interlaken!

JJinganbluesThe location, the appearance is first-class, the room facilities are relatively old, and the antique furniture is also popular. It is not as good as expected, but it is not bad. You can drive into the hotel. The road is relatively narrow. There is an access control card on the last section of the road. Finally, I contacted the hotel in advance to ask for the password. Will take the initiative to tell you these precautions. Regarding the up and down of the cable car, sit for a while, hotel guests are free, you need to show your room card, remember to watch the timetable, don't miss the last bus. The view of the restaurant is very good and the service is attentive, but the food is as bad as ever, oh, I am not saying that this hotel is bad, I mean that all restaurants in Switzerland are bad (this breakfast is very good, you can go early, choose Facing the location of the waterfall, but the dinner is really hard to describe), unpalatable is one thing, full of ritual, each dish is served slowly, come up to explain to you what raw materials are used in this dish, how to make it, and if you actually taste it All restaurants in Switzerland, including but not limited to this one, are lacking in color and fragrance. My wife waited for the desserts to be served and hurriedly retreated. She panicked and forgot to take the bag. There is one thing to say, the service is still very good, the waiter put the bag at the front desk. Rory talked about it in a long way, hoping to be useful to the tourists behind.

AAziz1403This was one of the best hotel I have stayed in Switzerland. The location was perfect as it was near the airport. The staff was friendly especially Miss Noel who had sped up the check-in process. My room was very spacious which can hold 5 persons. The room was very clean and the amenities was excellent. Overall I loved the hotel very much and would recommend anyone who has big family and want the space for their comfort. The price was reasonable and affordable. Thank you Hotel Allegra Lodge for having us. I am sure that I will come back again to stay at your hotel in the coming future. From a very satisfied customer. Regards!

TTaenie_SThe hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from East Train Station and the main commercial street! Front desk service is also good! I booked two rooms for two nights, a superior double room and a deluxe twin room. The superior double room is more expensive than the deluxe twin room, but the facilities and layout of the room are not as good as that of the deluxe twin room. The most important thing is that the taste after decoration is very big. It's just that breakfast with a skinny granny waitress is particularly rude! I wanted to give the hotel five stars, but because her attitude was so hateful, I gave it three! This is the most disgusting person I have met in so many days of traveling in Switzerland! Hotel should pay attention!

GGuest UserVery close to Interlaken West station, just a 5-10 minute walk. Interlaken's main commercial street is right by the train station. There's a large Coop supermarket right next to the hotel; if it happens to be Sunday and it's closed, you can head to the one on the main street. There's also a Cantonese restaurant nearby with good food. I noticed a highly-rated cheese fondue restaurant on Google Maps nearby, but didn't get a chance to try it this time. Although the bathroom and toilet were shared, it felt like I had them all to myself. My single room was in the attic, which got very hot during the day. Turning off the lights and opening the skylight at night helped a bit.

MMr LokThe room is nice and has a balcony. If you travel to the Interlaken area, there are several beautiful towns with Interlaken as the center, plus the Jungfrau scenic area. It is more suitable to stay for 2 nights and drive by yourself. I can recommend the village where this hotel is located. There are several farmhouses in the village (called farmhouses in China), and this one is better. It is convenient to drive to major attractions and is 5 minutes' drive from the center of Interlaken. Food and accommodation are all OK. The only thing is that there is no elevator, so be careful with heavy boxes.

KKevinApparently the hotel did not receive my booking at all, although i had documents showing otherwise. I had to call trip to get them to discuss with the hotel what happened and there were a lot of miscommunication and it was very frustrating for me since it wasnt my fault but trip and the hotel's. However, the staff was still very nice, and manage to provide some solutions for me and my friends.

AAnonymous UserStayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).
