Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Is pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that left a lasting impression. From its impeccable design to the delectable breakfast, my experience was delightful overall. Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it. The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. Every aspect of the decor exudes elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail is evident, and it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the premises. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests. One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. If you're looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be.

The location is at Grindelwald Terminal, not Grindelwald village itself. This is basically the transfer point for Jungfraujoch, which is convenient if you're heading up there. However, there are no shops around, so it's quite desolate. It might suit those who prefer peace and quiet. If you want to go to First mountain, you'll need to take the train to the next stop. The good thing here is that the hotel is a short walk from the station, so you don't have to drag your luggage up any hills. If you're hoping to see the 'Dreamy Hillside' (Eiger North Face views), I'd recommend choosing a hotel closer to Grindelwald station. The shower drain was clogged; the water nearly overflowed onto the bathroom floor. Also, there's no fan in the room, so it could get quite stuffy and hot during the summer.

This hotel's location is very convenient, right outside Wengen train station, so you don't have to drag your luggage far. However, not all rooms have a view. The room we were assigned was at the back and very small, comparable to the size of a Japanese hotel room. There was no balcony. Only the rooms facing the front have balconies, so it seems important to specify your preference when booking. The breakfast taste was also just average, especially compared to other hotels in small towns. To be neutral, it has both good and bad points.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Interlaken's commercial street, making it very convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. The room is spacious, and the cleanliness is meticulously maintained. It's especially comfortable with the balcony; opening the window reveals a delightful view of snow-capped mountains and green meadows, which is truly a treat for the eyes!

We stayed for 2 nights in end-April at the Hotel Rossli Interlaken and the experience was just amazing. We were impressed by the hospitality and kindness shown by the host Jean-Louis and his team. He went the extra mile by gifting us with a Swiss film made by himself and his friend on DVD and USB so we could take home the good memories of Swiss and share these with family. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and close to the Interlaken West train station. There are a few good bars nearby the hotel and you can enjoy free coffee and tea in the hotel lounge any time of the day. We really love the warm ambiance of the hotel. We had such a wonderful stay at Lake Lodge Hotel and truly loved our experience here. The receptionist was absolutely amazing — so warm, kind and genuinely helpful. She very kindly upgraded us from a single room to a queen-size bed room, which we deeply appreciated. Her hospitality really made our stay extra special. The hotel offers fantastic value for money. Our room came with a balcony overlooking the lake, and the view is simply stunning. During golden hour, the scenery becomes absolutely gorgeous. Waking up in this quiet little town, facing the calm lake and mountains, feels priceless. It’s peaceful, beautiful and truly relaxing. The offer coffee bread at the breakfast area absolutely free. Migros is about 12 km away, so do plan ahead if you need groceries. There is no lift in the hotel, but we didn’t mind carrying our luggage upstairs. For light sleepers, it’s worth noting that you can hear some activity from nearby rooms or from upstairs and downstairs. However, the hotel is very thoughtful and provides earplugs in the room, which we appreciated. The bathroom is shared, and initially we were unsure about it. But it’s only a few steps away from the room and was not inconvenient at all. There is a wash basin inside the room, which makes things easier and practical. We honestly feel this place is underrated and deserves more recognition and positive reviews. It may be simple, but it offers charm, warmth and one of the most beautiful lake views you can wake up to. Sometimes you don’t need luxury — just a clean bed, a basin, a balcony and a breathtaking view. We loved it so much and would absolutely return. It’s a beautiful place that truly deserves more appreciation.

Car can park at the hotel entrance free of charge. Room is spacious for 4 people. Staff are friendly and provided us free travel card within interlaken area. My daughters are happy that the staff gave them chocolate and candy were put on the bed at Day 1. 10 minutes walk from Interlaken West Station. Not many choice for breakfast but the taste is good. Hotel cost is super expensive during summer time in Interlaken......but I still think this is a brilliant hotel.

I was assigned a room at the end of the hallway again on this trip, with just a tree and a field outside the window, which was a bit disappointing. The room facilities are also a bit old-fashioned; the furniture and bathroom fixtures feel dated and don't quite match the price. However, the service attitude was good, and the staff were all very polite. Breakfast was poor, with hardly any choices. Overall, it was just mediocre. I won't be staying here again next time.

Beautiful environment, ideal location, convenient transportation, great breakfast, warm indoor environment, and kettle. You can see the green mountains outside the window, and you can fall asleep to the sound of water at night, which is very comfortable!

Stayed 2 nights. Location is fantastic! Surrounded by many shops and eateries. Short walk to Interlaken OST station or just hop on to a bus just 1 stop away. Bus stop is just 2 mins walk from hotel. Very convenient. Hotel room furnishing is very old fashion. Room a bit not clean. Pilow really flat, like a thicker floor mat. The bed is not comfortable too. Toilet bowl base is a bit disgusting. No slipper, toothbrush or shower cap etc provided. Having to leave the room key at the reception is a hassle or you carry a heavy key chain out. This hotel do provide chargeable use of washing machine and dryer.
