The amenities here far surpass those of other hotels in the same price range. The quiet rooms come with soft bedding, and the laundry and drying facilities are free to use. The service is incredibly responsive; the front desk staff patiently answered all our travel questions. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious, and the attentive service made us feel completely at ease.

My stay at Lavande Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by the healing ambiance created by the lavender scent and soft lighting – truly excellent! First off, the free parking was incredibly convenient; I didn't have to worry about parking at all. The internet speed was also very fast, making gaming in the room super smooth. The room itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in. The bed was extremely comfy, and the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. Plus, there are so many restaurants around the hotel, offering a dizzying array of choices; you can enjoy all sorts of delicious food right outside. In the evening, the young lady at the front desk greeted me with such energy and even offered me tea – the service was genuinely heartwarming. Because I'm a light sleeper, they kindly upgraded me and reserved a room facing the residential area, which was quieter. I particularly liked the room's aromatherapy scent; it smelled wonderful, and I even bought a bottle from the front desk when I checked out [chuckles]. Since I arrived late and overslept, the front desk even extended my check-out by an hour for free, which I was extremely satisfied with. I always choose Lavande Hotels; the beds are indeed very comfortable, and the room decor is a standard Lavande style. The facilities are quite comprehensive, but it would be even more perfect with a toilet seat cover. There's also plenty of great food nearby. Overall, it's genuinely excellent, and I'll definitely be back after my trip in a few days!

The hotel boasts a grand design and excellent views, making for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bedding was also incredibly comfortable, just like sleeping at home. There are so many dining options downstairs, which is fantastic for someone like me who often struggles to decide what to eat. It's incredibly cost-effective, and I'll never have to worry about choosing a hotel again! Thumbs up!

The staff is very nice, the room is big enough, the decoration style is also very good, the elevator is bright and cool, the breakfast on the top floor is delicious, free afternoon tea is provided, and the environment is good. I had a fantastic stay this time. The room was clean, bright, and very comfortable with excellent soundproofing. A special thanks to Xiao Huang and Xiao Yu, two staff members, for their efficient and thoughtful check-in service at the front desk. Housekeeping was meticulous. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get around. It offers incredible value for money, and I will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!
