Luzhou Hotels with Breakfast

Especially the front desk staff (behaved little sister, refreshing and handsome guy), showed a positive solution to the needs of the guests, efficient and fast work efficiency and other professional qualities to give guests a spring breeze, a home away from home travel experience, people praise. The meticulous and thoughtful service provided by the room staff is also pleasant. There is also a staff member who is like a hardworking little bee. Every morning at about 6 o'clock in the morning, he can see his hardworking and serious, warm and thoughtful service for customers, whether it is the buffet restaurant service every morning, Also every Thursday the pool is cleaned and the facilities around the hotel are maintained.

Parking was a bit of a hassle; we asked the front desk for directions and parked in the surface parking lot on the other side. The hotel's underground parking is a flight of stairs from the hotel, which is inconvenient for those with luggage. Everything else was great. There's an elevator, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are complete and new. The front desk even provided makeup remover wipes and individually packaged sunscreen. Breakfast was also provided, and the price was good. Highly recommended.

The room was well soundproofed, and the bedding was clean and hygienic. I like the firmness of the bed; this is my second stay, and I slept very well. The environment is nice, and it's convenient for walking my little Teddy. The greenery outside is also nice. The breakfast was plentiful, the noodles were very flavorful, and the coffee wasn't sour. I especially want to praise Xiao Xie and Xiao Wang; their service was exceptional. I hope to meet you again next time I stay here! 🤗

The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and bright, with excellent dry and wet separation, strong shower pressure, and good quality toiletries. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and tasted delicious. The service staff were friendly and responsive. The location is also very convenient, quiet yet with easy access to transportation. It offers incredible value for money, and you can truly feel the attention to detail everywhere. Highly recommended, I will definitely choose to stay here again next time! From check-in to check-out, you can feel the hotel's dedication throughout. It's definitely a top-notch choice for both business trips and leisure vacations! I've already recommended it to friends and will certainly be back.

Pros: Close to the supermarket plaza and many street food outlets. Staff tried their best to serve you. Cons: Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes). Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why. Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.

The hotel has ample parking and convenient transportation. The river-view rooms are spacious and large, with a separate desk suitable for business use. The bathroom features a scientifically designed wet and dry separation. The sofa is very comfortable, perfect for those with back problems. There are sterilized ceramic teacups available for immediate use. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the gently flowing river. The lighting is soft and not glaring, and the smart curtain system works very well. There are many night markets and local delicacies nearby, all within a ten-minute walk, making it a great option for food lovers!

The room is clean and hygienic, with a small whole house smart, and the view from the window from the room is also good. The front desk beauty service is very good, the hotel also has a buffet breakfast, the sweet potatoes are very sweet and noodles. Sleeping is OK, but the only drawback is that I was awakened by the upstairs decoration in the morning and didn't sleep late. The hotel is in a great location, just across from BBK, and easily accessible by taxi to Shuijinggou and MixC. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area, a small shop, was welcoming and friendly, offering everything from white cakes to sauerkraut noodles. I especially want to commend the housekeeping lady, who was very helpful. When I asked about the laundry room, she offered to help me take it there. When I returned that evening, she had dried and folded our clothes neatly in the room. Such a thoughtful gesture.

Good service and environment. Because my friend is pregnant, it is not convenient for her to go to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning. After explaining the situation to the staff, they kindly let me take it up to my friend alone.
