The room is clean and spacious. The view is super good. The decoration style is modern and simple. I like it very much. The hotel is no less than the nearby Atour Hotel and Lavande Hotel. In the past, I used to go to Atour Hotel for travel, but now I choose this hotel. All toiletries in the hotel are fully equipped, so there is no need to bring any separate toiletries. I smelled the hotel towels specifically and they were disinfected. The hot water in the hotel is also great. Turn on the switch and it will be hot water, not as excessive as cold water. That's all a surprise. The customer service attitude at the front desk on the 23rd floor is very good. She always kept a soft smile, and the aunt in the restaurant next to her was also very polite. You can dine in the hotel restaurant all day long without going out. Suitable for dating, travel and business. The breakfast is rich and varied, with reasonable mix, including freshly cooked noodles, freshly squeezed soy milk, hot milk, coffee machine, and rich and diverse breakfast varieties. My stay at Lavande Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by the healing ambiance created by the lavender scent and soft lighting – truly excellent! First off, the free parking was incredibly convenient; I didn't have to worry about parking at all. The internet speed was also very fast, making gaming in the room super smooth. The room itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in. The bed was extremely comfy, and the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. Plus, there are so many restaurants around the hotel, offering a dizzying array of choices; you can enjoy all sorts of delicious food right outside. In the evening, the young lady at the front desk greeted me with such energy and even offered me tea – the service was genuinely heartwarming. Because I'm a light sleeper, they kindly upgraded me and reserved a room facing the residential area, which was quieter. I particularly liked the room's aromatherapy scent; it smelled wonderful, and I even bought a bottle from the front desk when I checked out [chuckles]. Since I arrived late and overslept, the front desk even extended my check-out by an hour for free, which I was extremely satisfied with. I always choose Lavande Hotels; the beds are indeed very comfortable, and the room decor is a standard Lavande style. The facilities are quite comprehensive, but it would be even more perfect with a toilet seat cover. There's also plenty of great food nearby. Overall, it's genuinely excellent, and I'll definitely be back after my trip in a few days!

He kept talking on the phone for more than ten minutes and left us alone. The check-in process was not very pleasant. The next night, I don’t know why the room had no electricity. I waited at the door of the room for 10 to 20 minutes. Later, they said they would change us to another room. Although they kept apologizing, there was no compensation at all. In addition, the breakfast variety was too simple and the restaurant tasted average. In general, I still like this hotel. I hope it can do better.

The staff were always available, helping with luggage and reserving taxis. This hotel deserves a full five-star rating and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Luzhou!

The standard 4-star hotel has only opened for 2 years. The hotel is very new and the rooms are very clean. The key is that there is no price increase on May Day. The room around 300 is very comfortable. The breakfast is quite good. My husband is embarrassed to eat and afraid of the hotel. Loss, I really want to stay a few more days if I have the opportunity!
