The room facilities are complete and easy to use, the bed is moderately soft and hard, and the quality of sleep is super good. QQingtiandemaomiMy stay at Lavande Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by the healing ambiance created by the lavender scent and soft lighting – truly excellent! First off, the free parking was incredibly convenient; I didn't have to worry about parking at all. The internet speed was also very fast, making gaming in the room super smooth. The room itself was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in. The bed was extremely comfy, and the sheets and duvet covers were spotless. Plus, there are so many restaurants around the hotel, offering a dizzying array of choices; you can enjoy all sorts of delicious food right outside. In the evening, the young lady at the front desk greeted me with such energy and even offered me tea – the service was genuinely heartwarming. Because I'm a light sleeper, they kindly upgraded me and reserved a room facing the residential area, which was quieter. I particularly liked the room's aromatherapy scent; it smelled wonderful, and I even bought a bottle from the front desk when I checked out [chuckles]. Since I arrived late and overslept, the front desk even extended my check-out by an hour for free, which I was extremely satisfied with. I always choose Lavande Hotels; the beds are indeed very comfortable, and the room decor is a standard Lavande style. The facilities are quite comprehensive, but it would be even more perfect with a toilet seat cover. There's also plenty of great food nearby. Overall, it's genuinely excellent, and I'll definitely be back after my trip in a few days!

YYelanwotingfengchuiyu07Upon entering the room, the first thing that catches the eye is the impeccable environment; every corner is spotless, and everything is neatly arranged. The room is fully equipped, and the view from the window is of lush greenery. My stay was excellent, especially the warm and welcoming service from the butlers, Xiao Xie and Xiao Hu, at the front desk. If I have the opportunity to return, I will definitely stay at Luhu Lake again!

There are so many dining options downstairs, which is fantastic for someone like me who often struggles to decide what to eat. It's incredibly cost-effective, and I'll never have to worry about choosing a hotel again! Thumbs up!

The bathroom features a scientifically designed wet and dry separation. The sofa is very comfortable, perfect for those with back problems. There are sterilized ceramic teacups available for immediate use. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a great view of the gently flowing river. The lighting is soft and not glaring, and the smart curtain system works very well. There are many night markets and local delicacies nearby, all within a ten-minute walk, making it a great option for food lovers!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a fantastic location, right next to Southwest Medical University and Luzhou Vocational College, and very close to Wanda Plaza. Upon check-in, the two lovely ladies, Xiao Yang and Xiao Chen, thoughtfully gave us a small gift. The room had four bottles of mineral water and disposable toilet seat covers. The room was spacious with a great view; we could even see the university students playing soccer. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Luzhou.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, just across from BBK, and easily accessible by taxi to Shuijinggou and MixC.
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area, a small shop, was welcoming and friendly, offering everything from white cakes to sauerkraut noodles.
I especially want to commend the housekeeping lady, who was very helpful. When I asked about the laundry room, she offered to help me take it there. When I returned that evening, she had dried and folded our clothes neatly in the room. Such a thoughtful gesture.
