3-Star Hotels in Luzhou

Parking was a bit of a hassle; we asked the front desk for directions and parked in the surface parking lot on the other side. The hotel's underground parking is a flight of stairs from the hotel, which is inconvenient for those with luggage. Everything else was great. There's an elevator, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are complete and new. The front desk even provided makeup remover wipes and individually packaged sunscreen. Breakfast was also provided, and the price was good. Highly recommended.

The whole house has no smell, the floor, window sills and corners are cleaned; the bedding is fluffy and soft, and the sheets are flat and stainless. The bathroom is cleaned very meticulously, the mirror has no water stains, the floor drain has no hair, the hot water is fast and stable, the quality of toiletries is online, and the disposable supplies are fully equipped. The room is spacious, the lighting is soft and not dazzling, the TV, air conditioning, small refrigerator and other facilities are functioning normally, the table and chair storage space is sufficient, and the luggage and carry-on items can be arranged in a regular manner. It is also very close to the Laoyu Scenic Area of Zhangzhou

It was a very pleasant trip. The hotel is very close to the business center, the room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff were very helpful. The receptionist knew we were traveling with our parents and upgraded us to a double room. Even though it was the Qingming Festival holiday, the price didn't increase much, which was very reasonable. Most importantly, the room was very spacious, making it suitable for family trips or trips with parents. We've stayed here multiple times and will definitely stay here again. Also, the breakfast was delicious, perfect for trips with parents. It's about a 30-minute walk from the high-speed rail station and about 10 minutes from the city center, making it very convenient. I want to clarify that I'm not a shill; this is just my personal experience and my parents' opinion, and I hope it helps other guests.

After checking out, I wanted to visit some attractions, but dragging my suitcase around was inconvenient. The front desk said I could store it for free and pick it up in the evening. The storage area was staffed and they even gave me a receipt. I picked it up at 8 PM, and my luggage was perfectly intact. They even helped me call a taxi. This service was so thoughtful; I didn't have to search for storage lockers everywhere, saving me time and effort.

My stay at Lavande Hotel was great! As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, which was a lovely touch. The lobby itself was spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished. They offer free breakfast and parking, and there's a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was also spotless, tidy, and bright. Overall, a really good experience!

The facilities in the room are well-equipped and well maintained, and the bedding, bathroom and other equipment are very easy to use and very convenient to use. The hygiene is even more meticulous. Every corner of the room is cleaned cleanly, the tabletop and the ground are dust-free, the bathroom is clean and odor-free, the bedding is clean and soft, and the details are handled in place. It can be seen that the hotel is very careful in cleaning. The overall stay is very good!

The overall stay experience is super satisfied! The location is particularly good, it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out speed is very fast, and the staff is gentle and patient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was good, the night was very quiet, and the sleep was very stable. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, and the hot water supply is sufficient. Environmental sanitation is in place, there is no smell, the price is very high, I will choose this next time, and I recommend everyone to stay!

When I checked in, I asked my sister at the front desk if she could write a blessing for me, and I would write a good review for this. So I saw my sister take my book, and my eyes were full of joy and enthusiasm, and I wrote a sincere blessing for me. I don't know if my little move has made her feel happy, I am very grateful for her blessings. I have had a great time in Zhangzhou these days!

Good service and environment. Because my friend is pregnant, it is not convenient for her to go to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning. After explaining the situation to the staff, they kindly let me take it up to my friend alone.

Facilities: lack of washing machine, laundry is not convenient! Hygiene: clean and hygienic! Environment: Quiet! Service: Passion! Transportation: There are bus 1 and 2 at the door! Breakfast: more abundant! Fried rice is a bit hard!
