"It's one of the best capsule hotels I've ever stayed. To be honest, I prefer staying at the capsule hotel in Japan than the hostels in Europe. It's very convenient & very well-organized. After 4 pm, the reception will give me a new set of dry towels & pajama. On top of that, a voucher was given for having breakfast at Starbuck. This capsule hotel is super-clean. They clean the facility daily from 11 am to 4 pm. The capsule itself was very comfortable for me to sleep for 3 nights. It's one of the best experience for a solo-traveler who come & visit Japan. If I visit Kanazawa alone again, I will definitely come & stay at this hostel."

Our triple room was the same size as a standard room, simply with an extra bed added, making it ideal for two adults and one child. The hotel also offers self-service coin-operated laundry and drying machines at a very affordable price.

**Location:** Extremely convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Kanazawa Station. It was great to be able to drop off shopping anytime, and there's a mall right outside.
**Room:** Very spacious and clean. Since I booked for two adults and one child, they had all three beds made up, which shows great attention to detail. There's also a simple kitchenette, though we didn't use it, and a very convenient dining table.
**Facilities:** The hotel has public coin-operated washers and dryers, which were usually free during the day. There's also a gym next door.
**Dining:** The breakfast was quite substantial, with both hot and cold options. What was really nice was that from after breakfast until evening, there's complimentary tea, coffee, and even alcoholic beverages in the lobby. The lobby also has a 24-hour self-service convenience store.

BBell95Hotel is so great I will definitely come back to Kanazawa one day and stay here. The room is spacious enough for 3 of us. They provided every amenities we needed including ironing equipment. We can dry our clothes in the bathroom. Staff are very friendly even though my Japanese skills are so bad. We were a bit unlucky due to the weather, there was hailing when we were there but other that it's all good. Most importantly, the hotel is right next to the Kanazawa station and ease us on our movement around. Thank you for the great service I will definitely come back.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are well-equipped and quite spacious. Overall, it was a great stay. I booked a room with breakfast included, and it was incredibly lavish, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. I hope to stay here again the next time I visit Kanazawa.

AAnonymous UserStayed here for 4 nights to visit Kanazawa, Fukui and Toyama. Room is small but sufficient for 2 people. The toilet seems newly fabricated/ installed so it feels newer than the room. The room is stuffy in the winter because theres only a slow wind/ hot room option for the AC. There are microwave ovens, drinks vending & ice machines located on various floors. Even though the hotel is located near the JR Kanazawa station, it is very quiet at night. My favourite part about the hotel is the proximity to Kanazawa station, just 7 mins walk! Perfect for those using the Shinkansen. Opposite the hotel (1mins) is Forus & 100bangi mall with many shopping, eating & omiyage choices there. Omicho market is about 20mins walk, perfect for a fresh bowl of kaisendon!

SSpielyHOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Kanazawa – My Absolute Favourite of My 2026 Japan Trip!
I stayed at HOTEL MYSTAYS Premier Kanazawa for three nights, and it ended up being my favourite hotel of my entire trip. The room was extremely clean and very spacious — at 32 sqm, it really was much larger than most hotels in Japan for the price paid and was very comfortable for a longer stay.
The pricing was also very affordable for the space, quality, and comfort provided, making it excellent value for money. Service from the staff was also excellent — friendly, professional, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance.
There is a bathtub provided with bath salts given at the front desk
Food: I also tried the Kanazawa Gozen (last pic) recommended by the hotel, and it was fantastic. At 3,500 yen, it was well worth the price and a great way to experience local cuisine without leaving the hotel.
Location: 5 mins walk from JR Kanazawa Station exit, pretty straightforward, with an underground walkway, which is noticeable after exiting and turning left.
Overall, an outstanding stay and easily my top hotel choice during this trip. I truly hope to return and stay here again in the future.

HHayesJsI stayed here in Kanazawa, and it's about 400m from Kanazawa Station, which is quite convenient.
Service: Excellent! The front desk staff were all great and very responsive. The hotel's front desk is on the 13th floor and offers fantastic views, especially at sunset – it's practically a free observation deck. It's also very friendly for train enthusiasts; you can easily set up a tripod to photograph trains, which is a definite five-star feature.
Hygiene: Very good, no complaints.
Facilities: Parking for two nights was a little over 2000 yen, I've forgotten the exact number. However, there are very few parking spaces, only about 10. If you're driving, I recommend arriving early as hotel parking is first-come, first-served.
Environment: Uh, it's a bit too close to the railway line. The soundproofing in the rooms is just okay. I suggest getting earplugs from the front desk if you're a light sleeper (though it's not that exaggerated); the noise is mostly negligible.

AAnonymous UserExcellent hotel with a beautiful view from the window. The hotel has a separate entrance, located next to Hotel Forza (which is across the street). Google Maps shows the entrance through the shopping center, which is also accessible, but you'd have to walk through the entire store to get to the elevator. The reception is on the 16th floor. The staff were very polite and helpful with everything; the rooms had all the necessary amenities.
