Very neat and clean place. The host Bungo was patient and detailed, provided recommendations to sightseeing spots and even helped me to reserve a visit that needed pre booking. I like his thoughtful touch of bookmarking the restaurants on the map and sharing them with guests.
The location was roughly 15min by foot to the station but it could also depend on the weather. Western showers available all hours and a private Japanese bath in the evening and nighttime slot. Close to the Omicho market and the castle park.
I tend to be someone that leaves behind something every place I go and they helped me to stop that. Thank you Bungo and the family!

This was a wonderful hostel to stay at, and really made me enjoy my stay in Kanazawa. It's right in the middle, beyween the garden, the samurai district and the chaya district, so it was perfect for getting around, and very close to the train station. The people working here are super sweet and they even have some plum wine in the evenings for guests. The staff mainly stays in their sister hostel, however the hostel itself is very secure and the door is always locked. It's always nice for a quick rest as well between wandering, and there's a delicious ramen restaurant a minute walk away.

The pod are noisy. POD has echo . So anyone snoring you can hear that. The toilet are outside the pod area. So I need to carry card with me everytime you go to toilet which is annoying and you can easily forget. The shower are in basement. Not on each floor.

ella01010This hotel offers excellent value for money; it's very upscale and clean. The room with an extra bed comfortably accommodates three people, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, so no one has to fight for the bathroom. If you're driving, there's a dedicated parking lot next door for 1,000 yen per night. A skywalk connects the parking lot to the hotel's 3rd floor, making access very convenient. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Kanazawa.

This hotel is excellent! It's super close to JR Kanazawa Station, making it easy to walk to Omicho Market, the castle town area, and the Samurai District. Plus, public transport is conveniently nearby. The hotel staff were wonderful, and they even offered free drip coffee and access to a large public bath. If I visit Kanazawa again, I'd definitely choose this hotel.

This is the largest room type I stayed in during this Spring Festival trip. It is actually better than the pictures on the platform.
The kitchen facilities are fully equipped, including refrigerator, microwave, stove, pot, tableware, cups and dishes, and kitchen paper, which are convenient for cooking.
There is a separate toilet room, a dry area basin and washing machine outside the bathroom, and a clothesline.
The room is not big with two beds, but it is very large with two connected tatami areas.
It is very suitable for family or staying for a few days.
There are only three floors in the building, and it feels like there are only six or seven rooms on each floor.
There is a cafe for breakfast less than a minute on the left hand side of the downstairs, and you can send postcards at the post office! ! ! The only two points to note are:
1. Check-in is not here, you have to go to a big hotel near JR Kanazawa Station to check in. We didn't pay attention to the hotel's email notifications, and we couldn't get in when we arrived at the check-in place without the password. No one answered the hotel phone number we left, and it was only thanks to Ctrip's customer service who responded to our communication promptly that we were able to resolve the issue. I would like to commend Ctrip's customer service!
2. Take off your shoes when entering the room. Even with the air conditioner on during the Spring Festival, your feet will still feel very cold. It will be much more comfortable in other seasons. It may also be due to different physical conditions.

The location is very good, JR station walks for five or six minutes, eating and shopping are more convenient. All kinds of transportation are very convenient. Although the room is small but very clean, the price is very high.

Close to the jr station and close to a supermarket at the station … most of the tourists attractions you either need to hike or use public transports

Another unforgettable hot spring trip!
This time I booked the Bailezhuang Hotel in Tangyong Hot Spring Village in the mountains near Jinyu in advance. One berth and two meals are the classic Japanese hot spring hotel gameplay. The so-called two meals are the dinner on the night of stay and the breakfast on the next day.
From the soup opposite Bailezhuang, I changed from the hotel. It snowed heavily that day, and there was a little more meaning in the snow. The hotel welcoming brother saw the guests coming close, and he quickly ran out to welcome the guests with an umbrella, leaving a good first impression.
After entering the seat, kneel and present welcome drinks and desserts, very thoughtful. At the same time, the extra seafood for dinner - local crabs, should be recommended in the season, so it cost an extra 50,000 yen to take it down. (This should not be a must, regular dinner is included in the room rate)
The room has a private soup (the size of a bathtub), which is said to be semi-open-air in fact indoors. The snow scene gives the room a big bonus, and the window is as pure and white as a painting.
Compared with other hot spring hotels, this public soup is small and located on the second floor. There are two small pools for men and women, one indoor and one outdoor, which is slightly stingy. But fortunately, the number of hotel rooms is small and there are not many guests crowded.
The hotel is also equipped with a recreation room, with billiards, table tennis and moths. The equipment is not bad, it is very good in the package.
