Bentong Hotels with Breakfast

We recently stayed at Crockfords Genting and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. As the premier hotel at Genting Highlands, it truly lives up to its reputation. 🏨 Accommodation Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the view over the highlands was stunning. Everything felt premium — from the modern amenities to the thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra special. 👨💼 Service Service was outstanding across the board. Every staff member we met — from the concierge and front desk to housekeeping and restaurant teams — was polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Special thanks to the concierge team who assisted us with arrangements and recommendations with a warm smile. 📍 Location & Convenience Perfectly connected to SkyAvenue, *******, and attractions via covered walkways — so easy to get around, even in rain. Yet it remains quiet and private, a true luxury escape above the bustle. 🍽️ Dining & Facilities The facilities are world-class — elegant lobby, relaxing spa, and excellent dining options right within the hotel. Breakfast was high-quality with plenty of variety, and service there was equally attentive.

A really great hotel! I forgot my deposit when checking out, and the front desk staff actually ran out of the hotel to return it to me. The hotel is very welcoming, the pool is excellent, the room is great, and the breakfast is good. The location is also nice, with lots of good food nearby. Every day in Malaysia was a happy one.

Room quite good after refurbished. The hotel has kindly given me 26th floor with nice golf view. The staffs at Ayu Awana was polite & friendly. I wanted to try the Lodge but it was closed for private events. I went for a walk along the golf course. Had a good morning exercise & ordered hot mocha & cheesecake after the walk. Cheesecake taste need some improvement I guess, overall a good stay for me.

- The hotel smells really nice. - The staff are excellent 👍🏻 - Free parking (just need to register your license plate number). - Room is suitable for a small family (2 adults, 1 child). - There's a hot shower. - Lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and soap are provided. - There's a hairdryer, hangers, a mini-fridge, a safe for valuables, and an iron + ironing board. - Room service is very good. Downsides: - The hotel area is a bit tucked away, and there's construction going on around it. - The Wi-Fi is intermittent. - The TV is the same. Probably because it's connected to the Wi-Fi. However, since we went to Genting to play indoors, it was fine. We didn't really watch much TV. Overall, 8/10 ✅

Our 3-day, 2-night family vacation was very satisfying. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided was also very satisfying for the price paid. What was most satisfying was that the hotel management generously provided complimentary room decorations for our child's 4th birthday. Thank you to hotel staff member Zai who helped make our arrangements smooth. God willing, we will repeat our stay at Swiss Garden Hotel Genting Highland and other branches. 👍

Lots of small cockroaches, everywhere in the room and kitchen, but couldn't find the source. It seemed like our unit hadn't been occupied for a long time because I kept sneezing when we first came in, and I had to clean the dust myself. The view is beautiful, truly beautiful. Everything else is okay and just like the photos. There's also laundry available, and many restaurant choices nearby. It's just that the kids were scared by the small cockroaches.

Had a pleasant stay at 1001 Nights Hotel. The location is a little far from First World, so it’s not the most convenient if you plan to go there frequently. However, the hotel provides a paid shuttle service, which makes getting around much easier. Parking validation is free, which is a nice bonus. Hard Rock Cafe is also located on Level 50, so it’s very convenient if you want to dine or enjoy some drinks there. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely consider coming back again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked 3d2n for family events, and the place was fully booked as it was school holiday and PH at the same time. Service staff were really nice and friendly, we felt immediately welcomed upon checked-in. The deposit has to be paid in cash ONLY upon check-in, so make sure you have some cash ready in your wallet. They provide buggy service to the hotel room, however many were broken so there’s only one operating so waiting time is prolonged but manageable. My kids love riding the buggy so that is also an attraction by itself. It’s cheaper to buy breakfast on Trip apps than at the receptionist. The location is very remote and food delivery apps will not deliver here. There’s also no lunch and dinner service available unless you book way ahead before coming. So for lunch and dinner time we have to go out, it has become very inconvenient as we planned to stay longer inside and enjoyed the facility than eating outside. The overall facilities are nice, it is a very spacious place where we could conduct a lot of activities for the kids, from swimming to badminton to indoor games and not to mention hike in the morning - mind you the hiking is not-beginner-level. However there are some challenges we faced during our stay. One of the rooms that we booked has water issue, at night the water just stopped flowing. And on the second night, there is an unfortunate power outage caused by faulty electrical equipment that resulted to about 6 hours of blackout in few rooms and also the clubhouse. It is understandable and commendable that they tried to fix the issue a quick as they can, and service staff on the ground handled the communication well by keeping us updated with the repair progress, and even accommodate us as best they could. However it is still very unpleasant experience to stay in the dark and also our program has to be cancelled due to this unfortunate event. Overall the kids enjoyed their stay here. And the staff are also very helpful. With the price we pay it is worth the stay and hope this place can improve further, especially when handling full house booking during peak season.

I recently stayed at Hotel Seri Malaysia Genting Highlands for one night. The hotel has a rather dated appearance, and many aspects of the room, including the bed, wardrobe, and furnishings, seem unchanged for many years. While the room was spacious, the overall condition could benefit from refurbishment. The room itself was reasonably clean, but the bathroom was less impressive. There were visible signs of mould and some dirt buildup, particularly in certain areas of the toilet. One of the biggest drawbacks of my stay was the noise level. The hotel is located close to the main road at Gohtong Jaya, and traffic noise could be heard clearly throughout the night. As a result, I found it difficult to get a deep and restful sleep. Overall, the hotel may be suitable for a short one-night stay if you’re simply looking for a place to rest before heading to Genting Highlands. However, for a stay of two or three nights, I would probably consider other options, especially if sleep quality and comfort are important to you.

Room look old. Window glass outside also moldy and a lot of algae. We change room 2 time. We choose high floor. 1st change room very Smelly bad odour and feel crippy. Terrible can't stay. Got something pasted at the wall. 2nd change room good and nice smell. Room big and comfort @Guest if need to stay here please check the room first. If uncomfortable please ask the lobby customer service for change. .
