I had an amazing stay at Antara Genting! The place was incredibly cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Genting. The amenities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Antara Genting to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy, and enjoyable place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Perched high in the mountains, my window opened to an endless vista of lush forests. The misty, rainy weather enveloped the peaks, creating a serene and tranquil scene, all shades of green. The air was fresh and cool, a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle, ideal for unwinding and finding peace. The accommodation was quiet with expansive views, truly putting you amidst the clouds and allowing for a rare moment of slow-paced enjoyment.

Had a wonderful stay at Antara Genting! The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, fresh, and spotless, and the overall environment felt very relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well-organised from check-in to check-out. The facilities were great, and the beautiful surroundings made the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing getaway in Genting. Would happily come back again! ❤️

The hotel front desk staff were friendly, and there was a Chinese-speaking attendant, so language wasn't an issue. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and luxurious! They even provided beautiful complimentary refreshments! The view from the window was especially good, with the clouds in the mountains below us. It's a shame the weather wasn't great during our stay, as it was very foggy.

We really enjoyed the hotel stay. All our family members liked the stay and enjoyed the facilities. The staff there are very helpful and flexible. 15min walk to the first world hotel very convenient. The premium suite really good for family to create bonding. The gym and swimming pool is very nice.

The room was great, very new, clean, no strange odors, and the bedding was comfortable. They even provided body lotion. Breakfast was semi-buffet style with limited choices. I forgot that breakfast was included with the room and thought it was an extra charge, so I skipped it the second day, which felt like a bit of a waste. The surrounding area is a mixed bag. The view from the window was nice, with high-rise buildings visible on the mountain top. However, there's a lot of construction going on nearby, and passing cars can kick up a lot of dust in some areas. Our room didn't overlook much of the construction, but it was quite noisy in the mornings with the sounds of building work. Getting around wasn't very convenient, especially going to the top of the Highland mountain. It was hard to get a taxi back. We walked from Casio down Avenue Bridge to Antara, which was easy and didn't take long. But trying to get a taxi from Antara back to the hotel was really difficult. The price was doubled, and we waited over half an hour before finally getting a car. The hotel service was alright, nothing particularly special.

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

Our trip to Genting is by car, we are just right outside of the hotel entrance. Open space road side parking, plenty of vacant after 6pm. Check in is fast, front desk staff is very politely and helpful. So does the security officer. Nothing much to talk about the room, just a twin queen sized bed, toilet is small, hot shower is provided. No TV is a surprise to us, but it's doesn't matter becauee we came back to room after 10pm, just bath and sleep for the next day. Level 13 viewing deck has good sunset view of the pagoda. When there is thick fog, Genting looks like a cyberpunk city at night under camera. Level 12 outdoor seating has good morning view too. Our room comes with breakfast, though the breakfast is a bit disappointed. Overall experience of the stay is surely above average.

Our families thoroughly enjoyed the convenient one-night stay in this spacious mid-hill apartment, which offered stunning, misty views of Genting Highlands. While the pool and gym were perfect for the kids and adults to unwind, and on-site restaurant. Overall, the comfortable accommodations provided great value for two families, though better planning for meals is essential.

until the room is clean and tidy, outside nmpk xcantik tp in the lawa jer room,but the xbest about the elevator because when I want to go back, I have to go down the stairs cma ade one elevator is a useful one, that's a little less. Everything else is ok for sy who ade family. just Please improve the elevator so that many people can use it for checkout or check in the hotel.
