⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had visited Lokai Boutique Hotel before when my cousin was staying here, and I was impressed enough that I decided to come back and book a stay for my wife, our son, and my mother-in-law. I’m so glad I did!Even though Lokai is still in its soft opening, our experience was amazing from start to finish. The rooms were beautiful, the staff were welcoming, and everything felt very well thought out.One thing that really stood out to me was the generator system. We experienced a power interruption, but the backup generator kicked in within about 30 seconds. That gave us a lot of peace of mind, especially traveling with our young son.The Wi-Fi was also very good, the breakfast was absolutely top-notch, and honestly, just about everything else felt five-star.You can tell the team at Lokai really cares about creating a great experience for their guests. If this is how good the hotel is during its soft opening, I can only imagine how incredible it will be once everything is fully established. I would highly recommend Lokai Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-run place to stay. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back! ❤️

The hotel is small, very quiet, and the shop manager and staff are professional and friendly. Unfortunately, in time for the typhoon, the dive shop manager arranged to go to Apo Island ahead of time and saved our trip. I spent the last two days learning a hyperoxia course. This holiday is really not wasted. Thank you, Nic.

I’ve stayed here before and always rated them five out of five in all categories but location. This most recent day, I just felt the service wasn’t quite up to par with my other stays. I am sure I will stay here again as I believe it is the nicest hotel in Dumaguete. As a side note - very cool car show going on during this trip. 😁

very good! Love this hotel very much. Facing the sea. Every day a boat goes to sea for snorkeling and diving. The food in the hotel is also good and the price is high. The owner is French and the quality of the hotel management is meticulous. Continue next time.

The hotel is close to a mall, which is very convenient for dining as there are many options inside. It's also near the airport. However, the hotel facilities are old. The shower water never gets hot, no matter what I tried. The sink water is slightly warmer than the shower, but still not hot enough. The tiles in the shower room are cracked, and when you step on them, a foul-smelling water oozes out. The windows have very poor sound insulation; you can clearly hear the motorcycles from the street, which is very noisy. It might be bearable if you're only staying for one night.

This was our second stay, this time a room with a window overlooking the ”garden.” However, it turned out to be a planted hallway. Not really my cup of tea, but everything else was booked. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Gabby's Bed and Breakfast We had a great stay! The place was clean and comfortable, and the comfort room had strong water pressure which made our stay even better. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was also delicious. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience — highly recommended!

This was my first stay here, and the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. The location is perfect right by the beach, quiet, and very relaxing. Plus, meeting 'Sausage' the dog was a highlight! However, I am very disappointed with the booking management. My first booking was canceled even though rooms showed as available, forcing me to rebook a different category and wait for a refund. Later, I tried to extend my stay for another 3 nights, but that was canceled as well. It’s a shame because I love the place, but the unreliable system makes me hesitant to book again. I highly suggest the hotel syncs their real-time availability to prevent these frustrating cancellations.

We love the central of the hotel, just a short walking distance from the city center. There’s a 7-11, pharmacy and bank nearby. The hotel room is judt the right size for 2 guests. The solo bed does not feel cramped and I appreciate that there are 2 fluffy pillows. Very clean reception, hallway, room and rest room. The staff are courteous too especially the guards. Buffet was good, they change the menu everyday and the amount is just righr. The sikwate was my fave. Resto is very clean. Point of improvement could be the pool because the water looks murky, but it’s nice that it’s a rooftop pool and there’s a bar with affordable cocktails. Would have been better too if they give guests 2 keycards.

I really liked the location. Family hotel right on the beach. Cozy courtyard. Black sand. Tides do not interfere with swimming, which is important in the Philippines. The food is good in the hotel cafe. All guests were invited to Christmas dinner! For free! We had fun and played games. This is considered the best place for swimming in Dugamete (Dauin)
