I only stayed here one night flying in late and catching a ferry the next morning. The hotel is in a great spot to take a walk along the water that night, and then super easy to walk to the ferry terminal the next morning. Very nice hotel and a huge room. Staff was awesome, too. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dumaguete.

The shower water never gets hot, no matter what I tried. The sink water is slightly warmer than the shower, but still not hot enough. The tiles in the shower room are cracked, and when you step on them, a foul-smelling water oozes out. Big apartment, 80 squares. Big area with children is a great option. The only thing that didn't work microwave oven, but it was and not needed. There is a gas stove and a refrigerator. Air conditioning works well
