"A great location for the city centre although the surrounding neighborhood isn't the best! Staff were EXCELLENT, so helpful and pleasant. Room was very clean and spacious. "When booking, I left a message asking for a single sofa bed, and I didn't expect that we would be upgraded to a suite for free. Except that the toilet in the bathroom has a weak suction and needs to be flushed repeatedly. All other services are very satisfactory."

In addition, the floor bathtub does not have a shower curtain/bath screen, so the shower water will flow out of the toilet along the floor. This design is very stupid. There are not many choices in the hotel buffet breakfast, and there are many people, so you need to queue up, and there are not enough people, so you can buy it without adding money."

"Starting with the check in process, everything was very smooth and hassle free. We were given a room on the higher floor as requested. The view from the room was decent I would say. You could see a part of the city and the faraway hills. We managed to catch glimpse of wonderful sunrise so that's a plus. We did not try the food there so can not comment. "Just a one night stop for going to show at the Hippodrome. Hotel is in great location, in easy walking distance to the city centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice."

"The location is okay. I took an Uber until there was a bus station nearby. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room, so I asked for it. There were no slippers and a shower cap. I was a bit overwhelmed. The space in the house was small. Breakfast is ok"
