"Starting with the check in process, everything was very smooth and hassle free. We were given a room on the higher floor as requested. The view from the room was decent I would say. You could see a part of the city and the faraway hills. We managed to catch glimpse of wonderful sunrise so that's a plus. We did not try the food there so can not comment. The check-out process was also seamless. Pro: Location Clean rooms Staff Con: Price a bit expensive"

"Stayed for 2 nights. We had a double bed which was comfortable and the sofa bed folded out in 2 single beds which was comfortable and perfect for the children. Parking at the hotel was around £9 per night I think. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection of hot and cold options. The only negative is how hot the room was. The aircon was ineffective and the central location meant you couldn’t sleep with the windows open. I recommend asking for a fan from reception. It was an extremely quiet hotel and well sound proofed. We all slept well."

"Short weekend weekend trip to Bristol- location of this hotel is great, right in the middle of the city and also only 15 minute walk to Temple Mead station. The hotel exterior is very beautiful and the room was warm and comfortable. "

"Very comfortable hotel right at the canals. Very close to a major restaurant and club area so a bit loud in the evening but windows are well insulated. Comfortable bed and well maintained bathroom. Staff was friendly. There is a large parking garage next to the hotel and 24 hour parking, when paid at the hotel, is £18."
