Highly recommend this hotel! It’s in a really good location and it’s only a two minute walk from Westfield Stratford. The hotel actioned the request I made to have balloons and petals put into the room as it was my boyfriend’s birthday and wanted to make it a bit more special. They also provided us with two complementary drinks as well as a box of chocolate and a welcome card that wished my boyfriend a happy birthday.

First time staying here and I would highly recommend. Our special requests were met and the room was spacious and aesthetic.

Enjoyed my stay! The front desk staff was super kind and helpful. They let me check in early and even gifted me a sweet treat to enjoy with my cup of tea. Room was really comfortable and clean, slightly cold as the temp adjusts at a certain cap and shuts off automatically when out of the room.
Location is close to train and bus options and Westfield mall. Would stay here again!

Spacious room, near to train stations, car parks and a shopping centre with supermarkets.
But sound insulation is poor and noises can be heard from residents in nearby rooms at mid-night.

Friendly staff and efficient cleaning staff. The location of the hotel is very convenient and within a walking distance to the main line station. I would recommend and use this hotel again.
