We stayed at the Stay2Munich as part of my brothers wedding celebrations. I did not know what to expect as this had been booked by my sister in law (who is from Munich) but the hotel was really clean, friendly and exactly what we needed as a base. There is not a lot to do in the immediate surroundings as you are on a retail park, however there is a nice Italian around the back of the hotel and there is a big lidl nearby to get refreshments. Not too far there is a golf course which also has a nice Italian attached. There are great transport links into Munich city centre right outside the hotel, I would say the bus takes approx 30 - 45 minutes to get into the city centre but the service runs frequently and it is easy to hop on (once you have worked out the tickets!! We downloaded the app which was easiest). The hotel staff were friendly, the rooms very clean and modern also. Breakfast was great and there was plenty to choose from. As we travelled in late spring it was very warm and the hotel has a nice veranda where you can have drinks and snacks. It is well kept and decorated which means you can enjoy a relaxing drink before bed. Overall a good option for large group bookings looking to spend a few days exploring the city - just be prepared to travel in via bus.
