This is the second time I booked this apartment. It’s very quiet. You can also cook. There are two supermarkets next to it. The front desk staff are also very good. I recommend this apartment. There is a church next to it!

The location is not far from downtown, and the staff is very friendly. They clean it regularly and the breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor is not bad.

This was the fourth time We stayed at this so called Premium Apartment House -mainly because the location ! Unfortunately since under new management the place ,changed to the worst ! The apartments are run down beyond repairs ,furniture fell apart , bed linen worn down with holes in it and while we were there the bathroom ventilator ,the air conditioner ,and telephone needed repair! Not to mention the advertised restaurant or breakfast facility was closed until further notice ! If it not for the excellent ,knowledgeable and friendly receptionist Elisabeth and some of the good old staff from previously -we would move out immediately !And this is for an apartment pre booked months before for a returning customer ! Only their prices are premium , not recommended even for short stay !By the way don't be fooled by the advertised pictures they are not current !

We stayed here early March 2023. Reception staff were friendly and spoke English. Room and bathroom in our small apartment was very clean. Recently regrouted bathroom. Decent powerful shower. Small washing machine in the bathroom. Kitchen is basic and only has a hob, no oven, but there's a microwave. Right next to tram stops and bus links. Be aware this is 3 miles from the centre, but the transport system is amazing. Overall would recommend and cheap as chips for five nights.
