Comfortable and clean apartments with kitchens. There is everything you need. Fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning.
There is an elevator in the hotel.
Our windows went out into the yard, it was quiet.
The bus stop right next to the hotel, in a pedestrian accessibility of the city center. In 5 minutes walk the big supermarket.
Breakfast is not too diverse, but quite delicious. Swedish table.
Staying at this elegant 4-star hotel was beyond expectation! The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the Danube River, with a panoramic view of the Chain Bridge and the Parliament Building at night. The neo-Renaissance building combines modern facilities with spacious and quiet rooms, some of which have balconies with river views. The breakfast is rich, offering Hungarian specialties such as bacon and freshly baked pastries. The front desk staff speaks fluent English and assisted in booking special hot spring tickets. Although the swimming pool is a bit small, the noble rot wine in the rooftop bar is perfect with the panoramic view of the city, and it is a cost-effective choice!
The hotel locates at a very excellent location. Many main attraction points around it. The restaurant for breakfast buffet has a very good view.
ALL the staff of the front desk is very helpful and nice.
I arrive on the morning and they help to check the availability of the room. They allow the customer to have early check in early when the availability of the room is OK.
Everything of the hotel is good. I recommend other people to stay at this hotel when they come to Budapest.
I will stay again in Hilton Budapest when I visit there again.

It is a great hotel! Big plus for the staff were great, very accomodating and helpful. The room was clean, but minimalistic. It was enough for one day tho. There was no kettle, but we were fine. The hotel has a great style and the location is super convenient. Breakfast was outstanding. Great value for money! P.S. The pictures of the rooma were upon checkout, but they were super clean when we got there.
The park plaza was a last minute choice for us as we had originally booked into an extremely horrifying Airbnb but we were so lucky to book their last room! It’s in such a prime location with a beautiful view of the parliament building and tram / metro stops within a 5 min walk.
The staff were really accommodating and informative and always smiling which is so lovely to see in the morning.
The only issue we experienced was the malfunctioning AC but they tried their best to resolve it and even offered a room change and complimentary drinks to show their care.
Overall, it was a great stay and I will definitely look to them next time k go to Budapest. Thank you!
The hotel is located on the Buda side of Budapest, walking distance from the main attractions. Very close to the chain bridge, walking across the bridge to Pace. You can see the night view of Budapest Palace opposite.
The room is large, there is a kettle, and air conditioning.
Breakfast is full.
The Carlton Hotel Buda Castle is in a very good location. It is on the Buda side of Budapest, a 3-minute walk from the Szechenyi Chain Bridge and very convenient to the Fisherman's Bastion. It is within walking distance of all the attractions in Pest. The hotel is small, exquisite, clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the service is very thoughtful. A very satisfactory accommodation experience!
Very good, very suitable for people like me who don't like to run around and hope to have a good rest in the hotel! On the first day, I ordered the hotel's special 30 euro menu, which included an appetizer, a main course and a dessert, which was very delicious! The hotel's breakfast is also very rich. There is a buffet area and you can also order a free coffee and a freshly made egg/ham/muffin, etc. The quality and taste are both at the level of professional restaurants!
The location is also very convenient. It is very close to the Fisherman's Bastion. You can watch the sunrise if you walk forward and the sunset if you walk back. You can take bus No. 16 down the mountain to the city center.
In addition, the mini bar is also free and will be refilled every day. The shower gel and shampoo are also good. In short, it is a perfect experience
Outstanding Gold Standard Hotel.
We stayed five nights in the hotel, and from the time we arrived, we enjoyed the most outstanding professional and welcoming hospitality of the hotel staff. To our suprise, most of the staff communicated well in English and were always welcoming, professional, and friendly. The superior studio provided a spectacular view of the Danube River and the majestic Chain Bridge. The view of the city was absolutely magnificent, especially at night time. Everything in the room was of high standard, and having stayed at many hotels around the world, we could say without hesitation that the soundproofing in the room was Gold Standard. For the first time, we were not disturbed by any external noise from the hotel or from traffic noise from outside the hoìtel. This made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone in the hotel for making our stay in Budapest spectacular!

Great
CCoocolabThe room is beautiful! And there is an exclusive private area, but the main building is a 17th century monument, it is half a reserved area, so there is no elevator, the luggage is not friendly, and the air-conditioning is very weak, so if it is a friend who is afraid of heat or a friend who wants to come in summer, you can avoid it. But winter is very suitable, it is a romantic room! Breakfast is also paid, no extra payment! The experience is great except for being too hot!
GGuest UserGreat location and good room. Originally booked room that ended up having stairs with bed on loft. We didn’t like that room and the staff was helpful and moved us to their “budget room”. They didn’t offer a discount but we liked that room better anyway. Breakfast was good.
SShenzhenxiaolaowuThe hotel is in a very good location, right on the Danube River, with the Parliament building just across the river. The surrounding buildings are very tall and grand, and the famous Fisherman's Bastion is on the mountain behind. The hotel is quiet in a busy area, the rooms and facilities are very new, and although the breakfast variety is not particularly large, it has everything you need.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is great. It is located on the bank of the Blue Danube, between the Parliament Building and the Chain Bridge. It is not far from the main attractions and is within walking distance. Although the room is next to the road, the sound insulation is very good and you can't hear much noise at night. Our room was on the first floor and had a view of the Parliament Buildings, although the electric poles on the roadside somewhat blocked the view. The hotel staff are all friendly and welcoming, greeting you with a smile. Breakfast is also good. The restaurant is small but very cozy. You can also order delicious freshly made eggs a la carte. Parking needs to be reserved in advance. The garage is right behind the hotel and is easy to find.
Speaking of parking, it is necessary to talk about our experience. When we drove away after checking out, we needed to reverse out of the garage and turn onto the road. However, there were vehicles parked on the side of the road at the entrance of the garage. It was difficult to see the road behind the car when we reversed and turned. Although I reversed very slowly, unfortunately, the car As soon as the rear corner entered the road, it was hit by a car speeding from behind. Fortunately, no one on either side was injured and the damage to the vehicle was minimal. I say this to remind latecomers that if you drive out of this garage onto the road, it is very necessary to ask the person in the car to get out of the car and direct the reverse from behind!
In particular, I would like to praise the hotel staff, a young and handsome man, who gave us great help. After the car collided, I called 112 and called the police. While waiting for the police to arrive, this staff member discovered that we had been involved in a traffic accident, and took the initiative to ask and help us. He repeatedly comforted me verbally, called 112 to inquire about the arrival time of the police, and helped us find and print relevant documents on the car in advance. After arriving at the scene, he helped us translate and communicate and negotiate with the police. With his help, we successfully obtained the traffic accident report. We occupied him for a long time during the entire process and I wanted to thank him, but he just said it was his job and no thanks were needed. This makes us very touched!
This hotel is definitely our only choice next time we come to Budapest!
Hhopeo1Super good, just below the Fisherman's Bastion, close to the chain bridge, all kinds of convenient travel, free public playground at the door, very suitable for children to play, the room is super good, breakfast is simple but the horns are super invincible! It is the best horn I have ever eaten! I still remember it! The only fly in the ointment is that there is no elevator. If you live on the fourth floor, you will get a little tired every day.
DDianyingdeyingThe hotel is on the mountain, next to Fisherman's Bastion. When I checked into the hotel, I thought it would be inconvenient to get to the city. I didn't expect that not only would I be able to see the church as soon as I left the hotel every day, but I would also be able to walk more than 100 meters to the 16/16A bus, which runs until 12 o'clock every day, so I didn't have to worry about going up and down the mountain. If you want to be the first to seize the invincible sunrise at Fisherman's Bastion, then choosing this hotel is the right choice. It only takes 8 to 10 minutes to walk. It's also very convenient to go to the Budapest Castle. You don't have to go down the mountain. You can get to the castle in two or three bus stops because it is parallel to the Fisherman's Bastion. The room is not big and it is a bit stressful to open two luggages. The breakfast is average and there are few categories. But the food in the hotel's restaurant is very good. Reservation required. There is no socket on the dressing table. You need to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. The partition glass is very narrow. Every time I take a shower, the bathroom floor is filled with water. I don't like these two things.
