The service was superb. All receptionists (3 people that I knew of) were super friendly, although not quite understand English. If you can't speak Korean, I suggest installing Papago for translating keywords of what you want to say to them (like ordering taxi, placing items in their freezer or chiller, room cleaning, asking amenities, etc). The room for me and my 2 kids was super comfortable (soft and clean beds, great wi-fi connection, children-friendly television channels (although most in Korean), and complete amenities (bottled water, towels, hair dryer, bath equipments, etc). Breakfast starts at 7 to 9 am, with self service of bread, egg, milk, juice, noodles; and self washing the dishes also. The location is close to CU market for your sudden or everyday needs and foods, near bus stop, and about 8-10 minutes walk of subway station or traditional market. Overall a nice experience and wouldn't mind staying there again if I go to Busan.

Good hotel, bed are superb nice to sleep in super comfy, location is like 15 mins away from station, a bit hard to find in a back street center. Overall 5 stars for this, individual bed of 4 family capsule, own charging port, drawdown bed curtain, nicely do up.

The bedding is old, the air conditioner is noisy, the room is very narrow, the room is not cleaned every day, the breakfast is instant noodles and toast, and it is close to the international market. Other than that, it is not very good~

It's nice because it's close to the Kkangtong Market. It's the best to visit the Kkangtong Market after finishing your trip.

It was clean, the staff were friendly, and the heated floors were installed in advance, so it was a pleasant check-in. It was cheap, so you can't expect much when it comes to breakfast, but if you eat breakfast outside, there's a convenience store just a 30-second walk away, so it wasn't an inconvenience.

We stayed for 2 nights with 2 people, but there were not enough towels...🥹 The interior is very stylish and I was excited! The night market was also within walking distance, which was great! The staff were also very kind! it was fun! Thank you very much🇰🇷🩷

It was the worst experience. I booked a single room that could be checked in after 10 o'clock because I had a late night job nearby, but as soon as I entered the hotel, there was a strong smell of cockroach medicine, and when I entered, the room smelled like cigarettes, and when I opened the window to ventilate, there were air conditioning transformers outside the window. Ventilation was impossible due to bad air and hot air blowing out. When I inquired with the counter person, he seemed offended, went up to the room to check, and then became irritated at me, asking why he didn't smell cigarettes. When I protested because it was absurd, the person in charge screamed, became aggressive, and verbally abused me. I was so shocked that when I filmed it with my cell phone, he changed his attitude and filmed me with his cell phone, saying that I, a customer, had screamed. If that wasn't enough, they even called the police. I was dumbfounded and complained to the police. I was anxious about a woman staying in a hotel like this alone, so I left this hotel with the police and went to another hotel. Don't go to this hotel

It is in a location where you can walk to Bosu-dong Used Book Store Alley, Gukje Market, Kkangtong Market, Nampo-dong, and Yongdusan Park, etc. Take the KTX and get off at Busan Station, and it is easy to move by public transportation in a short time. For breakfast, eggs, bread, kimchi, ramen, milk, and cereal are prepared in the basement, so it's great!

The living experience is good, the surroundings are quiet, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to the nearest subway station. There are also many restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient.
