Haeundae Central Hotel

The triple room was very comfortable for us, with a dining table and a large fridge, which was very convenient. There are several convenience stores downstairs, and it's very close to the small train station in Mipo, making transportation very convenient. It's also easy to hail a taxi; just stand outside for a bit and several empty cabs will pass by. Ordering takeout is also very convenient, as most popular restaurants deliver here. **Cleanliness:** On the second day, the towels provided after cleaning were dirty, the kind of dirt that doesn't wash out. It felt like they weren't high-temperature sterilized linen, so we didn't dare to use them and used our own bath towels instead. They don't provide toothpaste or toothbrushes, so it's best to bring your own. The overall room cleanliness was otherwise acceptable. **Rooftop Pool (Thermal Water) Free Entry:** Our child really enjoyed it, and the night view was also quite good.

The location is simply fantastic. The beach and TLC are both a minute's walk right in front of the hotel. There's a cafe downstairs and plenty of convenience stores, so it's super convenient. While there's no laundry in the room, there's a coin-operated laundry machine in the building directly opposite.

The reception staff didn't speak a word of English and weren't welcoming at all (especially the man). Every question seemed like a burden to him (breakfast, early check-in logistics, which of the three elevators to take as they don't go everywhere, etc.). The room wasn't clean (stained walls, sticky lamp, dangling power strip with non-functional USB ports – had to unplug cables to charge two phones). The bathroom clearly needs renovation. The hallway was set to a freezing 12 degrees Celsius (which actually made us laugh). There was absolutely no decor, just the bare minimum. The entrance hall looked like a thrift store. And the rooftop pool? Only two loungers for the entire hotel, in terrible condition... dirty water, dirty windows, and the pool reception area was like a junk shop. Cables hanging from the ceiling, a razor left on an ottoman for days, and finishes not worthy of the price paid. The only good point was the location, like many other hotels in the area. I absolutely do not recommend this place. For your information, the laundromat in the building across the street costs 5000W, but it only takes 500W coins, and good luck finding any businesses willing to give you change (they were unpleasant and arrogant...).

This hotel is very mediocre, just a typical three-star. They didn't even provide a cup for brushing teeth. The bedding, duvet, and pillows were decent. If you opt for breakfast, it's delivered to your room, which means the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. Also, the air conditioning in the hallway was freezing past a certain point – I don't understand why it needs to be so cold. You step out of the elevator and it's instantly bone-chilling; you have to rush into your room.

This hotel is in a fantastic location for exploring Haeundae! You can easily walk to the beach train, the market, the observatory, and the beach itself. The outdoor pool is right next to the observatory building, which adds a really romantic touch. If you're looking for a good value and great accommodation in Haeundae, this is definitely the place. Haha! I'll definitely book here again next time I visit Haeundae!

The staff were friendly and the location is good, but the facilities are a bit lacking. There were traces of squashed bugs on the ceiling inside the room, and mosquitoes and gnats were flying around.

The room was clean and tidy, right next to LCT, and surrounded by all sorts of dining and entertainment options. My kids had an absolute blast at Club D Oasis! Five-star rating!

It was difficult to find the hotel; the address on Trip.com's map didn't match, confusing it with the building next door. The reception staff were friendly. However, in the morning, when I wanted to have breakfast, the lady asked me to pay an extra 18,000 won for it, even though I had already paid. We had trouble understanding each other, and I had to pay again to eat. For that price, not even coffee was included with breakfast. The pool was nice and warm.
